Ch. 9 | Guilt Keeps Bothering Me

"I need to go." Antaios seems late for something

"Okay!" I waved at him

After he left I asked them about the kiss thing.

"Did I really kiss him when I was drunk?"

"Uhuh! All of us got shocked" Kath said

"What's his reaction? Did he punch me or something? It's so embarrassing" I was so embarrassed while asking them this.

"Actually, He was speechless." Alissa replied

"Don't be embarrassed! Maybe you two will start dating because of that incident!" Kath said

"But Maybe he was frustrated because of that? I feel so guilty! I mean, From all people, Why does it have to be me? Why does he have to be my first kiss?" I bowed my head out of embarrassment. "It's my fault anyway."

"Why won't he like it? It's obvious he liked you, He even helped you when you were drunk." Alissa said

"I-I need to say sorry to him! When I saw him this morning he was like ignoring me at first!" I can't stop thinking about my craziness.

"Hey! Why would you say sorry to him huh?" Alissa said

"I'm so dumb!" I shouted

"Hey stop with that! Let's go to the cafeteria!" Kath said

We arrived at the Cafeteria. I ordered a burger and they ordered fries.

"Why you're still down?" Kath asked me

"No need to be embarrassed! We're here too!" Alissa said

"I kissed him! That's so crazy of me" I bumped my head into the table.

"You really are embarrassed." Alissa said. "You're drunk that time, no need to feel guilty!"

"I could kill myself now"

"Hey! Chill!" Kath said

"Here, take some Fries" Kath handed me the fries and tried to calm me down.

I ate the fries. I don't know why I can't stop thinking about that frickin incident.

"Hey, Selena! Come think of it, He's the one who forced you to drink so don't take the blame!" After Alissa told me that, I was a bit relieved.

"Hmmm.." I sighed

"You should eat! Or you'll become shorter" Kath said

I leaned on the table. Just looking around.

"You should remember that tomorrow all the departments are having some review class." Alissa said

"Review Class?! Freak! I need to go to the library guys" I carried my Bag

"Hey, Selena we're coming too!" They shouted

I do that train hands. Train hands means faster

They ran into me. And we walked until we arrived at the library. We studied for like half an hour there. And then we decided to go back before the remedial lessons start.

"Why do you start being interested in studies Selena? You don't like going to the library because you said you can't hold being quiet" Alissa raised her eyebrows.

"I had goals," I said while reading my science book. "And also, my grades are getting low. It's the lowest in our section. So I need to focus on studying now."

"Hey, guys! Isn't that Antaios?" Kath said

We saw Antaios in the quadrangle.

"Hey, Selena! That's Savannah" Alissa said
