The feeling of flying through a portal had never felt so amazing. We were finally free from the torturous pressures of Neverland and we were back at a place that I was so happy to be at, home.
I noticed that as we left Neverland, Jones had been watching David intently as if making sure that he were okay. Of course we had taken the proper precaution with David's safety and had made sure he drank a shit load of that water before we left the island.
Slowly, the 'Jolly Roger' flew down onto the sea of Storybrooke and within minutes, we landed.
While Mary Margaret, David, Emma, and Bae got Henry off the ship and into the welcoming arms of everyone who had arrived at the docks to welcome us home, I helped Jones chuck over an anchor and help get the lost boys ready to leave the ship.
As I helped get the lost boys up and to their feet, one of the younger boys grabbed onto my hand.
"Are we home now?" he asked.
I gave him a smile and nodded.
"Yeah, we're home now. You're safe," I assured him.
It was clear that he was nervous about getting off the ship as there was a lot of people waiting down there so I crouched down to his height.
"What's your name?" I asked.
"Eddie," the small boy answered nervously.
"Well, Eddie. Trust me when I say that Pan cannot harm you here. And all of those people over there..." I pointed over at everyone off the ship from Granny to the dwarfs and to Ruby. "They are some of the most welcoming people I have ever met. You don't need to be afraid of them, they will love you."
"You think so?" he asked.
"I know so," I smiled.
Although he was more comforted than before, he was still anxious so kept a hold of my hand. So as Tink and Regina led the rest of the lost boys off, Jones was in charge of making sure Felix didn't cause any more trouble and I walked at the back of the group with Eddie.
Almost immediately Mother Superior came over to where Eddie and I were and she looked down at him, a smile on her face.
"What's your name?" She asked him gently.
He looked up at me nervously so I gave him a nod of encouragement.
"Eddie," He replied quietly.
"Hello, Eddie. I'm Mother Superior. Would you like to join your friends and I will find you all a place to stay?" Mother Superior offered.
"You can trust Mother Superior, Eddie," I assured him. "She's gonna find you a home."
"Really?" Eddie smiled.
"Yeah," I nodded.
Eddie then looked over at Mother Superior and nodded at her. He took her hand and together they walked away to where the other lost boys were.
"Amie!" I heard someone yell from behind me.
I looked away from the small boy and saw Belle running towards me, Papa walking just behind her, a smile evident on his face.
"Belle," I smiled, as she leapt into my arms.
She held onto me tightly and I had to rebalance myself as the force of her colliding with me nearly knocked us both to the ground.
"I am so glad that you are both okay," Belle said, as she pulled away and held her hand out for Papa who was standing just beside us.
"Honestly, so am I," I laughed lightly.
