As soon as we found out the baby was coming, I offered to magic us to the hospital but David didn't want to risk the health of the baby, which was understandable. So while Emma and David drove Mary Margaret to the hospital as quick as they could, I magicked myself to my apartment and grabbed a pain-easing potion to give to Mary Margaret before I poofed to the hospital to give the staff a heads-up.

When I got there, I immediately got one of the nurses to tannoy Dr. Whale so he would be here to help with the birth.

"Make sure you have a wheelchair outside so as soon as they get here you can get her to a private room," I said to another nurse, who nodded. She then ran off to get a wheelchair.

The nurse who I had asked to tannoy Whale then put down the speaker phone and looked over to me.

"He's in the middle of serving a patient. He will be here soon," the nurse told me, making my eyes widen.

"Need I remind you, that though we may not be in the Enchanted Forest, this baby is royalty. They can't wait," I muttered to myself, storming around the hospital to heal Whale's patient so he could get his arse to the front desk.

I quickly found him putting someone's arm in a cast.

"Whale, you're needed right now," I said.

"I'm busy," Whale replied, focusing on his patient.

I sighed before walking over to the patient, waving a hand over her broken arm, and healing it.

"Now you're not. Come on. Mary Margaret's in labour," I told him.

Hearing this, Dr. Whale's eyes widened and he nodded, following me to the front desk. Just as we got there, we saw Mary Margaret being pushed in on a wheelchair, David, Emma, and Henry not far behind them.

"Give this to her, it'll help with the pain," I told Whale as we rushed over to them.

"I don't want your magic. Science will help her," Whale replied stubbornly.

"She is about to push a whole damn human out of her body, I seriously doubt a dose of paracetamol is going to do anything. So push aside your pride and take the bloody potion," I snapped back, shoving it in his hand.

"How you feel—?" Whale went to say, but clearly Mary Margaret had heard us.

"I want it," Mary Margaret requested. "I want the potion."

"Of course," Whale nodded, now having no choice but to take it.

A nurse ahead opened the door to a side room and Whale helped Mary Margaret into it. David followed them in while Emma and Henry stopped outside the door. I stood beside them, giving them a nervous smile.

Immediately, Emma and I began putting up protection spells around the room so that Zelena wouldn't be able to get in and when Regina arrived a few minutes later, she added onto it.

"You really think this protection spell will be enough to hold her off?" Emma asked us.

"It depends on if your brand of magic is stronger than hers," Regina answered, as we stopped casting the spell. "If it is, no one wielding dark magic will be able to get in here."

"That doesn't sound like a vote of confidence," Emma commented.

"It isn't. But we're out of options," Regina replied.

Just as I went to add on another layer of protection, I heard someone approaching me from behind.

"Amie," a familiar voice said. I turned around to see Killian approaching me nervously. "I heard the little royal was on his way."
