Once again, the familiar sensation of exiting a portal spun through my body and before I knew it, my feet had connected with solid ground. Well, as solid as grass and dirt can be. But the thing that immediately got my attention was the way only the back and front of my shoes seemed to sink in slightly. Noticing this, I glanced down and when I saw what I was wearing I inwardly groaned.
I was back in my Enchanted Forest clothes!
The next thing that caught my attention was the two people standing in front of us all. The woman I recognised as being Princess Aurora from when Mary Margaret, Emma and I were stuck here before. Beside her was a very much alive Prince Phillip, who, if I remember correctly, was unconscious when we saw him last.
"Snow... what happened?" Aurora asked, making everyone look over to them.
"We're back," Mary Margaret replied, sadness evident in her voice.
While everyone tries to come to grips with what had happened, I attempted to readjust the dress that I was wearing. Dear God, how the hell did I use to wear this? I heard someone clear their throat beside me so I glanced over and saw Jones watching me.
"Don't say a word" I warned him.
"Wasn't gonna," Jones smirked, making me roll my eyes at him and turn back to the others.
As I looked at everyone's outfits, I realised that not only were we back in our Enchanted Forest clothes, but we were also back in the exact outfits we had been in when the curse first struck us.
"Amie?" I heard Aurora call my name.
I looked up at her and gave her a smile.
"Aurora, hey," I smiled, walking over to her and Phillip. "How are you?"
"I'm good," Aurora nodded, a smile on her face.
I then turned to Phillip.
"Hi, we haven't met. Last time I saw you, you were unconscious in that run down castle," I introduced. "I'm Amie." I held out my hand for him to shake.
"Phillip," he replied before kissing my hand.
I was about to comment on it until I remembered that that was the normal way to greet a woman in the Enchanted Forest.
We were then joined by Mary Margaret, David, Regina, and Jones. While Mary Margaret, David and Regina all stood up right beside me, Jones decided to instead lean casually against one of the pillars of the small marble gazebo we were under.
"How has it been since we left?" Mary Margaret asked Phillip and Aurora. "The ogres?"
"Oh, defeated," Aurora answered. "We're restoring our kingdom and our lives."
"And congratulations," Mary Margaret said, gesturing at Aurora's stomach.
"Is it that obvious?" Aurora laughed.
