Why does love have to hurt?
Like someone stabbing you,
Like flames burning you,
Like the world has come to an end,
Why do you feel as happy as can be?
Then be down on your knees,
Begging God please,
Give them back to me!
Why do you open your heart,
Then have to close it to the world,
When you want to know,
Who is behind you again and again,
Why do you feel you are wrong,
You can't apologize enough,
You aren't doing things right,
You feel guilty!
Why, Why, OH WHY?!
