"Hi Ashleigh," Calum poked my nose three times, leaning back in the basement couch. The Doctor Who episode 'blink' was rerunning for the sixth time.

"Hi Calum," I bopped his nose back, giggling as he swatted my hand away.

"So, um, there's something I want to show you," Cal paused blink and took out my iPad, opening up the YouTube app. He typed in 5sos and I smiled a bit as he clicked on the boys' profile.

"The number of subscribers you guys have has really gone up," I looked at the page and the drastic subscriber count increase.

"Most of that would be thanks to you," Cal smiled, poking my hollow cheek

"How so," I asked, giggling at the ticklish sensation.

"Well, um, your kind of like our manager. You remind us when to make new videos, and if our next one should be a cover, an original, or just us being us. And you also film, you're always there for us," I looked down at my lap and smiled softly as heat rushed to my face.

"But what I really wanted to say is that I want to be there for you. The shoulder that you cry on; the person you can count on. I want to be the one thought racing through your mind. I really, really like you, Leigh. So much, that I got this for you," Calum took out a necklace with a ring on it. "I know this may be a lot for you, but I just wanna be yours. So, my love, will you do the honors of being my girlfriend?"

My lips parted and I tugged at the end of my skirt. I slowly brought my hand up to my chest, resting it on my collarbone. I felt the prominence of the bone against my skin and looked up at Calum. He let the gold necklace in his hand, letting it dangle, looking at me with a pleading look in his eyes. I leaned forward toward Calum, a small smile playing across my lips.

"Calum Hood," I licked my lips, my eyes flickering away for a second before I regained eye contact, "you are always there for me. I have cried on your shoulder a countless amount of times. I trust you more than so many people, and I think about you way too much for it to be healthy. I would absolutely love to be your girlfriend Calum," Cal grinned, his eyes lighting up as he leaned forward and delicately clasped the necklace around my neck.
