"Lisa you brought me to a strip club." I look at her.
"um, oopsie..." she drifts off as we get two drinks handed to us.
"drink up ladies." Lauren winks.
"what is this?" I look at her.
"it may be a bit strong, it's my favorite, it's a raspberry margarita with a lemon twist" she leans over to tell me over the music switching.
Lisa and I look at each other before gulping it down and I can say it was very strong, adding a little burn to my throat but it had a nice after taste, unlike other alcohols or drinks I've had.
I can't make out what Lisa said because of the music but when slammed the glass cup down on the counter after drinking it her lips formed a "wow."
"more!" she laughs as I open my clutch to get my wallet that we will probably need.
I feel like I can feel eyes on me from the back, but I didn't know where they were from, I turn around slowly to look around but my eyes land on someone else meeting theirs.
By the color of the lights, I could make out the dark hair and the muscular form, his legs were spread while he had one leg bouncing up and down while the opposite hand was holding a clear tumbler glass while squinting his eyes leaning his head up to look at me with his neck veins and Adam's apple very noticeable.
God that was hot, so fucking hot.
I notice the girls running their fingers against him which look like they're wearing thongs, and little tops but he wasn't looking at them, he was meeting my gaze.
I avert my eyes and turn back to the bartender in front of me handing me another drink as I accept it, making small talk with Lisa and her as she takes drinks from other people too in this club.
What feels like forever later I pull out my phone and see it's now "1:46" usually I'm sleeping by now!
But I had to admit it was having a lot of fun.
"want to go dance!?" Lisa yells
"yeah, Jos go get a hot man!" Lauren yells behind the counterpointing out to people as I laugh.
"let's go" Lisa grins as she leads me to the big space where some people were dancing.
This place was really big, a dance floor, booths and seats, poles and extra rooms, a bar and bathrooms, tons of stuff!
I recognize the song playing, gimmie more by Britney spears.
I laugh when we start dancing and laughing together running our hands down our bodies and curves of our dresses, messing up our hair as the music plays but I probably look ridiculous.
I could care less right now though.
We continue laughing to the beet when I feel cold hands go around my waist, pulling me closer to a chest and I just throw my head back moving my hips around him.
Wait what am I doing? I can't even think straight.
I turn around hoping to find the hot guy I was looking at before but it's not him, but this guy was nice looking too, I could see his mixed skin and black curly hair through the lights when I turned around but he pulled me closer to him so I could even smell his whiskey filled breath agents my lips.
However, I pull my face away but keep dancing.
"carter" he yells over the music to me.
"Josephine" I smile as he looks down at my mouth.
"you have a beautiful body" he looks down at me lust-filled.

The time goes by so fast and before we know it's almost three in the morning by the time, we leave.
I didn't hook up or leave with that other dude, but he was really good-looking and nice, and Lauren was nice, and the club was pretty cool.
Not normal things I'd think about.
We walk out, once again greeted by the cold, morning, and laugh at each other.
"Lisa." I stop her from walking.
"what" she almost yells.
"How are we supposed to get home," I ask her.
"uh...." She drifts off.
"shit!" she rubs her forehead.
I hear a loud groan from pain to my side and I turn to see carter from tonight leaning against thrown-out trash. I walk closer to him seeing blood dripping from his neck and a red, now bruising face and eye.
"carter?" I gasped looking at him.
"I'm fine, I'm fine, please go" he groans.
"What happened to you?" I sober up.
"no go please" he opens his eye.
"I ca- "
"I'm fine please just leave," he tells me as I hesitantly get up and walk back to Lisa to see her in the middle of the parking lot.
We walk over to her car, trying to figure out what to do when a girl drives by us stopping in a black car playing music.
"let me guess you forgot about a designated driver?" the girl laughs as I fake a smile and nod.
"get in, I haven't drunk but this girl is blacked out" she laughs.
looking over to another girl next to her, as I walk over to her window.
"She's my bestfriend, i promise I'm not into that type of stuff you're probably thinking about."
"you swear on your life?" I ask her as she nods.
"i swear on my life."
"get over here" I call Lisa as we get in the car.
the girl was sober and was acually really sweet, she drove us back to my apartment leaving us to go to sleep for the night.
