"Hey Maiya," I greeted her as she closed the door behind me, "Hi Mattia," She said before running off to the living room, I smiled seeing her do her little tricks as a gymnastics video played on the TV. I saw Kairi start to come down the stairs and I hurried over to help him, I held my hand out for him as he walked down.

"You ready to go?" I asked as he gave me a grumpy look, "Go fuck yourself," He pushed me away and held his lower back. "Wha-why, what did I do-" I said before Kairi groaned, "Shut up!" He yelled as he went to the closet, "Shutting up now," I said as I stood quietly by the door.

"He's been like that all morning, don't take it personally, it's just the baby making him like that." Maiya reached up and patted my shoulder before going to the kitchen. "Yeah...okay." I nodded, leaning my head back on the door frame. "Hurry the hell up," he told me, "You brought your jacket right?" He asked me, and I nodded quickly, "Good," He said, "Tell Ma I'll be back soon," He said as he opened the door and we both walked out.

"You look, adorable babe," I said as Kairi stepped out of the car wearing his light blue slippers and a baggy sweatshirt with Adidas pants, "I hate you," He said as we started walking to the store. We walked in and saw a few people walking around with strollers, a few bags, and their children. "Where do you wanna go first..." I turned to see that Kairi was already walking off to the stroller aisle.

"I think my mom still has a baby stroller in the garage from when Gian was a baby, so we just need to look for a few other stuff like...car seat, crib," I told him, and he nodded, "Yeah, I know, I have pregnancy brain, I'm not a dumbass," He said as he walked past me. He looked through all the cribs.

"Ooh, look at this one, it's already painted so we just need to figure out a theme for his room, or a crib that matches your room," I told him, and he nodded. "Maybe a white one is just fine," I told him, and he nodded, "And a white one for my room too," I said. Looking at the brand of crib both of them were.

"What if your mom doesn't have a crib?" Kairi asked as he pushed the cart down the aisle, "Here, I'll get it," I told him as I pushed the cart, "God, leave me alone for just 2 seconds," He groaned as he walked off. I sighed as I looked through all the small toys on the shelves, "Awe," I said quietly as I stopped to look at them all. "Kai look," I said, he sighed before turning around and looking at me, "What?" He asked, "Look at this play table," I said as I held up the big box. He gave me a look, "For what?" He asked me. "For baby Mairi to play with," I told him with a smile.

"Sure," He shrugged as he smiled looking at some of the stuffed animals. "We'll only get a few toys for him," Kairi warned me as he threw a big stuffed bear in the cart. "Whatever you say pregosaurus," I told him as I put the play table on the bottom of the cart.

"See Mama, this says papa's favorite," I said as I held the small t-shirt up to show my mom. "It's adorable baby," She told me with a smile, "Ma, you're not even looking," I whined, as I pouted down at the tiny shoes. "I am, I'm just busy doing this is all," She shrugged. "Awe, those booties are so tiny," Maiya said as she looked inside the bag from Babies "R" Us. "I would have gotten you stuff if I had enough money," She said, I smiled remembering how she told me she was saving up her allowance to buy the baby some things he would need.

"We should have a baby shower!" Maiya shouted excitedly as she looked over at me. "W-what why?" I asked as I put all his clothes back in the bag. "Because you and Mattia couldn't afford the cribs or the extra dressers for the baby and his clothes. You only got a few pairs of shirts and barely any pants, you got him more toys then necessities." She told me. And I rolled my eyes looked at the huge teddy bear on the couch. "At least this way if you have a baby shower, you'll get stuff for the baby for free." She told me.

I took off my shirt and threw it in the laundry hamper, "Maiya! Make sure you put all your socks in a separate mesh bag so I can just toss it in the wash!" I yelled out in the hallway before shutting my door. "I'm too pregnant for this crap." I sighed as I held my stomach and sat down on my bed. I rolled my eyes as I heard my phone ring. "Piss off!" I shouted as I laid back and grabbed it from the small bedside table. "What do you want?" I asked as I picked up and held the camera towards my face. "Hello to you too sunshine," Mattia said as he set the camera up on his desk.

"What. Do. You. Want." I asked sternly, "Just wanted to talk," He shrugged, I huffed as I turned my lights off and pressed the button to turn the TV on. "I'll go first. Maiya had a decent idea today about having a baby shower, free crap and stuff, and gathering with family I guess," I shrugged as I rubbed my aching belly. The skin was stretching so much and it hurt like hell. "That's a good idea," Mattia told me, "You have to come over soon to run my belly, promise?" I asked.

I heard Mattia laugh as he grabbed his controller, "Of course I will Kairi. Tell baby Mairi I love him," Mattia told me, I held my phone speaker up to my belly button. "Tell him yourself Tia," I told him, he smiled as he got closer to the camera, "I love you baby Mairi, so, so much, daddy loves you bubby," Mattia said, I smiled hearing his deep voice, "He's probably ignoring you," I teased him. "Awe shut up," He laughed.
