THUNDERBIRD

hello, i am the author of thunderbird. i'm not a big fan of A/N's especially in stories so i'll try to fit everything i can into this one chapter to avoid a large amount sprinkled throughout the story

1. i haven't wrote a fanfic in years
this is the first fanfic i've wrote in two years because i eventually grew out of my writing but recently decided to pick it up again. usually i would just reality shift to places and shows now instead of writing but giving the circumstances of the show it probably wouldn't be the safest

2. lowercase intended + spelling errors
i prefer to write lowercase because it saves so much time on my computer and as well as my phone. i hardly proof read my works before publishing so spelling errors are probably a giving but i'll work harder to prevent them

3. line changes
some lines characters say can and will most likely be changed whether it's giving different characters the lines or not typing the lines correctly (i'll try to rewatch each episode in english dub before writing a new chapter for accuracy)

4. update schedule
i haven't fully decided on my updating schedule but so far i have it as every monday and saturday the alternative incase i get tangled in schoolwork.

5. the main character "kang dasom"

this is always how i've imagined dasom to look like whilst planning the story out but you can always imagine her differently if you feel like it. to avoid the long character description later on i'll just write it out here because i know those can be a drag sometimes.
-she is 19-going-on-20. i say this because hyun himself says he's still a minor yet old enough to live on his own, making him right around 18/19 years of age in the show.
-she's 5'8" and 120 lbs. she has a slight muscular build to her but still a bit slim
-she cuts her own hair. her mom worked as a stylist for idols and movie sets so it was something she learned to do by watching her mom. however her mom didn't teach her directly so it's a little choppy but she likes to think it adds character.
-she is known to have tanned skin with a slightly pale complexion due to the fact she hates the sun because it makes her sweaty and she feels gross.

6. trigger warnings
this is the last thing i want to announce as it is important to address. we all know the comic and show feature many dark topics and with this additional oc it adds a little more to it so don't proceed in the story if any of these trigger you: starving (possible ed mention), self harm, suicide or suicidal tendencies, gore, violence, sexual harassment, and swearing
i will be adding tw's to each chapter of what it will include to don't proceed this story if these trigger anything. i really hate it has to be included but it is apart of the plot so tw's is as much as i can do. i will try my best to be respectful of these but please let me know if i'm over stepping

7. some inaccuracies
since i am not, nor have i visited korea ever, i don't fully know the manners and taboos there. i will research the best i can about south korea and their culture but feel free to correct me on certain inaccuracies, i won't mind!

i am working on fixing this story and some other things about dasom herself
keep in mind i started this fanfic when i was about 16/17 and i'm literally 20 now, some things are very inaccurate in her description (that i fixed). i will work to make her less insufferable as an oc!
