Leonardo

Destiny and Leonardo sit together on a tall building, their hands intertwined. Before them, the sky is becoming a wild mess of pink, orange, and red. The smallest hint of purple twilight can be seen, and Destiny rests her head on her husband's shoulder.

"It's surreal," she whispers.

"How so?" he asks, his voice low and gentle.

"Years ago, you and I sat like this in the night, staring up at the moon. We didn't know what was ahead, but maybe in our minds, we felt for sure that we'd be together." She looks up at him, her eyes twinkling with love. "Look at us now."

He leans down and gives her a soft kiss. "I wouldn't change a single moment."

She hugs him close as her wings wrap around the both of them. He kisses her forehead, closing his eyes contentedly.

Raphael

Taylor rests her head on Raphael's lap as they stare at the canvas of colours across the sky, the fiery red of the sun leaving its dying light across the horizon. Raph runs his fingers through her hair absentmindedly, his green eyes gazing far off into the distance.

"What're you thinking about?" she asks softly, looking up at her red-masked husband.

He sighs. "Everything has changed."

"Is that bad or good?"

He looks down at her, a small smile grazing his lips. "It's good..."

"But you miss the old days."

"Do you blame me? We were heroes." He looks back up at the sky. "But then again, we never knew whether we'd die or lose someone we loved. I can live without that."

She pulls herself up, settling into his lap. He hugs her close, pressing a kiss to her ear.

Donatello

The sky begins to turn purple as the last light of the day dies out over the New York horizon. Sarina sits with Donatello's head in her lap. His eyes are shut, a content smile on his face.

The cyborg woman, however, looks into the distance, her mind whirring.

"You seem distant," Donnie comments, opening his eyes.

"Just thinking about the past," she replies, running a hand over his plastron.

He chuckles. "It's hard not to think of it, huh?"

"Yeah."

There's a long silence. Donnie sits up, turning to look at his beautiful wife.

"It's been nine years since my brothers and I first left the sewers," he whispers. "Back when we were fifteen..."

She smiles lightly. "It's been...eight-ish years since I left TCRI with you."

He kisses her cheek, and she turns to look at him.

"Twenty-four years spent on this earth, and I'm lucky enough to have spent eight of them with you," he murmurs.

Her eyes flash, and he presses his lips to hers.

Michelangelo

"Dudette, what'd you think your life was gonna be like?" Michelangelo asks.

Annalise tears her eyes away from the sunset before her, looking to her husband.

"When?"

"When you were...twelve years old."

She chuckles. "I had a lot of dreams when I was twelve. I imagined living in California, making YouTube videos, going on tours..." She trails off. "But I also wanted a family, and I didn't know how that would fit into my other dream."

Mikey hugs her close. "When I was twelve, I imagined going to the world above and making tons of friends. But, every day, I was reminded that we were different, and that humans wouldn't be able to accept us." She rests her head on his shoulder, and he smiles lightly. "Then, four years later, I met a cute human girl who liked me for me. That made all my dreams come true."

They fall silent, thinking of the whirlwind of events that followed their first meeting. She smiles and rests her head on his shoulder, intertwining her hand with his as a long breath passes his lips.

"I love you, Mikeykinz," she murmurs.

"I love you, my little cupcake."
