My New Friends

"Oh, that was fast!" Reese gasped.

"Too fast." Cyrus shook his head.

"Oh, I'm very organized so my stuff is very organized and clean." I told them.

"Well, why don't you introduce yourself to the other villagers?" Reese suggested. "They are extremely nice."

"Okay. See you guys." I waved.

I went out the door. There was a grey cat walking by. It looked really cute.

"Hi! My name is Berry." I introduced myself.

"Oh! My name is Lolly. A pleasure to meet you, Berry! So, did you move in and unpack your stuff?" Lolly replied.

"Yep."

"Wow, so you're all set! Hey, I have a great idea. Although we just met, I thought I can show you around the town!"

"Really? Thank you! I'll be happy to make you my guide."

"Let's go then!"

"So you know this is the Re-Tail. You can sell all of your items here." Lolly stated.

"Yep. I rented a room in Reese's house." I told her.

"Cool! I heard her house is very expensive and pink. Is it true?" Lolly asked me.

"Yes! Totally!" We both giggled.

"Here is Coach's house. I'll check if he is in here." Lolly knocked on the door. "Hello? Coach, are you in there?"

"Hiya, Lolly! Who's this? Is this the new person everybody's been talking about?" A white and black rabbit asked.

"Oh! This is Berry. She'll be with us for a couple of years. I'm showing her around town. Do you want to come with us?" Lolly bowed.

"Oh, YAASS!" The rabbit screamed. She ran up to me and grabbed my hand. "Hi! Hi! Hi! My name is Dotty! Omigosh! You're so adorable! I love your hair, and your skirt, and OMIGOSH, your shoes are so cute! Where did you get them? You're so PRETTY! I love you!" Dotty hugged me. She seemed to talk really fast.

"Hiya, lady-bros!" A yellow bull came walking toward us. "Who's the new lady-bro?"

"Oh, this is Ber-"

"Her name is Berry! Oops, sorry, Lolly." Dotty giggled.

"Well, hey, Berry. The name is Coach. I am most famous for my fabulous ABS AND BICEPS!" Coach made poses showing off his muscles. Wow. How much does he work out?

"He-he! Coach is super crazy about his muscles." Lolly chuckled.

"OOH! CHECK ME OUT WITH MY SUPERMAN BODY!" Dotty imitated Coach.

"Heeeyy! That's not funny!" Coach crossed him arms.

We all started laughing anyway.

"What's all the racket you little kiddies are makin'?" A grey bear asked with a sort of grumpy face. "Who's this little shrimp?"

"Hi, my name is Berry." I greeted him.

"Hmm...a not to shabby name for a pinkie lady, huh. My name is Curt. If you need help settling in, come talk to Papa Curt." Curt responded.

"Curt acts like are daddy. He's the big guy and is very strong and sometimes very strict." Lolly informed me.

"If anybody is mean, I'll give them a what for!" Curt posed. He acted just like my dad, so brave and fierce.

I miss my dad. How is he doing? How is mom doing?

How is Carter doing?

"Well, let's go to Kitty's house since we met Dotty, Coach, and Curt." Lolly said. "C'mon!"

We all walked to whoever's house we were walking to. Curt and Coach was walking behind us, talking. Dotty was busy bragging about the new dress she got. Lolly and I weren't really listening.

"Here it is!" Dotty announced.

"I'll knock on the door." Curt nodded.

"You don't need to knock, Curt." A voice said. The door opened only to see the most beautiful cat there.

"Hello, everyone. Is this the new villager moving in?" The cat asked.

"Yessiree! Her name is-"

"I got this, Dotty. My name is Berry. Nice to meet you." I greeted the cat.

"Wow, you're a cutie. But, you look different than the rest of us. No tail? No ears?" The cat noticed. "Forgive my manners, my name is Kitty. If you have any troubles in your life, or need some tips about the hottest trend, come talk to me."

"Kitty knows like EVERYTHING!" Dotty exaggerated.

"I always come to her when I have a problem on something." Lolly clarified.

"Is this everybody in the town?" I asked.

"Nope. There's one more." Coach responded with a weird face.

KNOCK! KNOCK!

"He-Hello? Is this the cherry pie company I ordered from?" A sleepy voice answered.

"Open up." Curt commanded.

"Whoa. Don't be so-WHOA! WHO IS THAT GIRL! And why is everyone here?" A purple cat opened the door.

"Haven't you heard the news?" Lolly asked with a frowned face.

"Well, I forget to go check the bulletin board. But, who is this girl?" The purple cat asked.

"Hi, my name is Berry." I introduced myself with a gentle smile.

The cat licked his paws and then fixed his messy hair. "Hey, my name is Bob. Wanna come in for some snacks?"

"Oh, um, sure, that would be very nice." I responded to him.

"Oh wait, I think I ate them all before I took my nap. Sorry..." Bob grinned. Coach face palmed himself. Bob was kind of...dumb...not to be rude or anything.

"So I guess that is everybody in the town." Kitty stated.

"I still have to show Berry some places, though." Lolly shrugged.

"Hmm...while I was being introduced to all of you, I saw what looks like the police station and a café." I shared.

"Oh! The police station! That is where you ask for who's visiting •Fruity• and the place where lost items are. And the café...let's go someplace else first and then hang out at the café." Lolly adviced me.

"Ooh! Can I come, too?" Bob asked.

"Come along. We're all going." Kitty smiled.

We were walking near the town hall. I already went there. Where are we going?

Lolly was on my right side, Dotty was on my left. Kitty was next to Curt and Coach was giving advice on how to stay more active to Bob. These guys were so funny. I loved them. They acted like my new friends. My new friends are exactly how I wanted my friends to be. But, where are we going?
