"Hello?" Lolly said as we walked through the squeaky, wooden door.

"Hi! Welcome to Nookling Junction! My name is Timmy, and be aware that there is no public bathroom here!" A tiny raccoon greeted us.

"Hey raccoon boy!" Alex laughed.

"It's tanooki." Timmy angrily mumbled.

This store was really small. Just a square. There was two pieces of furniture at the back of the store, the carpet and flooring in the middle of the store, the appliances on the right, and a machine on the left.

"Here are the tools, Berry." Lolly told me.

"We only put out two tools a day!" Timmy informed me.

There was medicine, a shovel, a fishing rod, and a fortune cookie at the section we were at.

"I would like to buy the fishing rod, please." I politely said.

"Alright, that would be 500 bells, please!" Timmy nodded. "Do you know how to use the fishing rod?"

"I'll figure it out, thank you." I told him.

I gave him the 500 bells and grabbed the fishing rod from the table.

"The fishing rod is sold out!" Timmy announced as he put a sign on the table.

"Ooo! A modern bed! I need this for my upstairs! How much, Tommy?" Alex asked.

"Timmy." Timmy corrected.

"Oh, um, Timmy."

"1,225 bells."

"I'm buying it!" Alex handed over a bag with bells in it. Then Alex transformed the bed into a...leaf?

"H-how is t-that possible?" I stuttered.

"Furniture is too big to fit in your pockets, so they turn into leaves in order to fit. Cool, right?" Alex informed me.

"Y-yeah." I responded.

Lolly, Alex, and I walked out the door.

"Why is a little tanooki kid running the store?" I asked them.

"That is one of Tom Nook's kids. He has twins, Timmy and Tommy. I guess Nook taught them about business." Lolly responded.

"So basically, the whole family is sorta rich." Alex added.

I held my fishing rod in my right hand. I guess I should go to the river, first.
