Lolly, Alex, and I went to the river to go fishing. Alex did suggest to go to the ocean first, but we'd rather start easy.

"I have to do some errands and stuff. I'll see ya guys later!" Alex waved. He ran to his house. Lolly and I waved back.

I walked to the river and took out my fishing rod. Okay...here goes nothing!

"Wait!" Lolly stopped me. "Don't forget your bait!" Lolly handed me the red ball which I attached it to the fishing hook.

I tried again. Here goes nothing! Again!

The hook splashed in the water. I was nervous and anxious. What if I fall in? What if I fail to catch a fish?

I saw a shadow that looked like a fish drift by.

Come here, little fishie... I demanded in my head.

Just then, the shadow of the fish came closer to the bait and...

PLOP! PLOP! BULP!

"Reel it in, Berry!" Lolly cheered me on.

I was pulling on the reel as hard as I could. The fish came out of the water! I fell backwards.

"Berry! Are you okay?" Lolly asked me with a worried face.

"Woohoo! I caught my first fish! Yes!" I yelled. This was the best acheivement in my life!

"Wow! Great job, Berry!" Lolly clapped.

"Yay! Uh, what fish is this?" I asked her.

"Hm, according to my encyclopedia on fish...that is a...black bass! Great job!" Lolly told me.

"Cool! A black bass. I'm gonna keep fishing more. Where do I put this? In a water filled tub?" I asked.

"Nope. You keep it in your pockets. In •Fruity•, your pockets can hold anything without making it smell or dirty, and it turns furniture into leaves." Lolly informed me.

"Okay." I put the fish in my pockets.

I took another bait, attached it to my hook, and sat down on the ground.

"I'm gonna go home now. Bye, Berry! Good luck on your fishing!" Lolly smiled. She walked back home.

"Thank you! See you soon!" I waved. I continued fishing until my pockets were full.

I went back to the Re-Tail to sell my fish.
