Page 4 - 'I think you forgot something!'

Carmen's POV

the rest of the week went by pretty fast, I spent most of my time with Hayley and Christina, while also hanging out with Brayden when I had the chance. I was also avoiding Lorenzo at all costs. after seeing his face the other day, I'm not sure I want to look at him in the eyes ever again as I'm sure he would kill me with his stare.

I'm still not even sure why Lorenzo was so mad, I barely even know the guy?, all I know is that he's dangerous and I should probably stay away, but I'm not so sure that I want to.

Max went ahead with his plan and had moved his house party to this Sunday, only giving me, Hayley and Christina the afternoon to find the best dresses we could find so we headed to the mall giggling and laughing as we ran into every shop trying on every dress until we found the right one.

"Blue is definitely your colour Hayley" Christina gushed and I nodded In agreement as Hayley was staring at herself in the mirror touching up her hair and fiddling with the dress she picked out.

"I think I'm going to go with the red one" I stated, not really talking to anyone in particular, but still, I like the red one.

"Brayden wont be able to keep his hands off you if you wear that!" Hayley winked at me and went to put her dress on the hanger and make her way to pay for it.

"That's the plan Hayley" I laughed while my cheeks turned a bright shade of pink.

All of us girls carried on shopping for a while picking up a few bits along the way and stroking the material of every piece of clothing we saw and would occasionally make the comment about boys and other irrelevant things that girls talk about.

As we where making our way towards the exit of the mall, I obviously wasn't paying attention and was too busy looking at the shops, I ended up bumping into something hard and I dropped all of my purchases onto the floor, including the new lingerie I bought. I was so mortified, I crouched down, trying to grab all my belongings that where scattered all over the floor and not even looking at who or what I bumped into, I must say though I was pissed off that Hayley and Christina weren't even bothering to help me and save me from this embarrassment that I call my life but then I realised why they weren't helping me...

" Are you guys not even going to bother fucking helping me?-" I spat at them still not looking up until a low voice cleared their throat.

'Shit ,Shit ,Shit and SHIT! This cannot be happening this isn't who I think it is-'

I slowly rose my head making eye contact with the one person I did not want to see, he was wearing a simple white hoodie, covered by a black leather jacket, his hair even more slicked back than usual and a smirk forming on his face as if he was trying to contain his laughter.

My cheeks flushed and my mind blank from embarrassment, I glared at Hayley and Christina who still had there mouths wide open staring at the scene, quickly got the message and crouched down to help me pick up my stuff and shove it into any bag then we all got up and quickly dashed for the exit, I made sure to shove Lorenzo on my way out scowling at him before attempting to leave the mall.

"I think you forgot something!" his low voice echoed through the halls of the mall making me stop right before the exit.

I quickly turned around to see what I had forgotten, but immediately regretted it when I saw that Lorenzo was holding the second part of my lingerie. in his hands, chuckling to himself.

'How am I ever going to face Lorenzo Romano again'

Okay so honestly I had no idea where I was going with this chapter but its fine!
