"Hiya!" You chirped, stepping onto the big stage to greet the members of Kajagoogoo and embracing your boyfriend. He set down his bass before you could attack him and warmly hugged you back.

"Glad you could make it today." He mumbled against your neck, holding you close to him.

"Yeah of course." You replied. "Wouldn't want to miss today. The first performance that's being filmed should be celebrated with your lover." You looked around while still in his arms and whispered, "This is a big stage."

"For sure." He chuckled. "Want me to show you around?"

You nodded eagerly and he took hold of your hand, guiding you through the backstage halls, occassionally greeting people that were part of the whole team behind the band. You happily strolled along the doors and people when Nick suddenly stopped by a food table and handed you a drink. You smiled and pressed a kiss to his cheek to thank him.

Just as you were about to take a sip, the music from the stage filled your ears and Nick pulled you with him back to the band. "You have to see this!"
He was almost running with your hand in his and you hurried after him to keep up with his pace. What was possibly so important to run all the way back to the main stage?

You cocked your eyebrows when Nick didn't get back on stage again, but he helped you down the stairs to sit on one of the benches placed in the audience's area.
"Aren't you supposed to be up there?" You asked, pointing to where the other band members were standing.

He shook his head. "Not right now. They're just checking some stuff. But just wait, all right?"

A frown appeared on your face when all the lights went out and it was completely dark for a few seconds before the blue and purple lights shone onto the stage. You looked back at Nick to send him a smile which grew even bigger when the intro to 'Take Another View' started, but just the backing tape.

"People stay the same, but circumstances change." You sang at the point where the song would usually begin.

"Like you like me and I like you again." He responded, pulling you close to him. You grinned, getting the message.

"I know what you're doing, Beggs." You whispered.

He shrugged cheekily. "You do? Great! Wanna dance, M'lady?" He held his hand out for you and you took it gently.

"Yes, sir."
