"Don't run away from me~"

Your kakugan was activated and your (kagune type) kagune unleashed itself as you tried to attack the man who tried to rape you earlier.

"Who's the coward now, idiot?"

You smirked as he trembled in fear, eyes widening and he was clearly horrified.

"Don't do it, (y/n)... or you'll regret it..."

"Do it! Don't hold back! The prey is right in front of you~"

You clutched your head in pain and gasped. You gave the man a menacing grin before stabbing him right on his chest with your kagune. You skipped over to him and poked his cheek.

"Hm? Are you dead now? That's too bad~~"

You cackled and plucked off his arm. You ate them and somebody placed their hand on your shoulder.

"(Y/N)..."

"Ka... Kaneki..."

You came back to your senses and you gasped in terror as you saw the scene lifeless body and the arm you were holding in front of you. You threw the arm away and tugged on the half ghoul's sleeve.

"No, Kaneki! I-I didn't do this! Th-this isn't right--"

"I'm sorry (y/n)..."

" Wh-why are you apologizing...?"

"I need to leave..."

"No... Don't leave me alone... I don't want to do this anymore..."

You caught a glimpse of a dark blue haired girl behind him and your eyes tear up.

"No, don't tell me... No..! No!! Kaneki!!"

You called out in despair as tears continued running down your face, watching him walk away from you, with your close friend, Touka. She glanced at you sadly and you clenched your teeth in anger, your kakugan appearing once again.

"(Y/n)... (Y/n)..? Hey, (y/n).."

You felt your body being shaken and your eyes opened wide. Tears streaming down your face as you sat up quickly, your kakugan was still activated.

"I... I don't want to kill anymore..."

You shivered and more tears ran down your cheeks.

"Are you okay, (y/n)?"

Kaneki's gentle voice made your heart skipped a beat and you turned to him with swollen and helpless eyes.

"Kaneki..."

You called him with your hoarse voice and you wrapped your arms around his waist, sobbing quietly. Kaneki's eyes widened slightly and smiled as he caressed your back softly.

"Nightmare again?"

You nodded in response and buried your face deeper on his chest, inhaling his scent. You immediately calmed down and you felt your eyes turning back to their usual color. He chuckled and pulled you away from him to make you look at him in the eyes.

"I'm here for you. Don't worry"

His encouragement only made you fall for him deeper. He stared into your (e/c) orbs and you nodded.

"... Promise me you won't leave me for another girl...?"

He looked slightly taken aback and smiled sincerely. You immediately regret asking the question.

*I'm so childish...*

"Of course I won't, (y/n). You're the one who stole my heart, after all..."

He blushed and looked away. Your eyes widened at his words and you covered your cheeks using your palms.

"A-are you always this cheesy?"

"Y-you're the one who made me said it..."

He looked at you bashfully and pouted slightly which made your eyes widen. You felt excitement rose in your chest and you smiled.

*S-so adorable....*

"K-Kaneki... C-can I... SQUISH YOU??"

"Ehhh??"

You grinned and glomped him, squishing his cheeks.

"I'm gwad yow feewing bettar nyaw, (y/n) [I'm glad you're feeling better now, (y/n)]"

You giggled as you released your hand from his face then kissed his cheek. You skipped away in embarrassment and he pushed back his white hair away from his red face as let out an amused sigh at your childish yet adorable behavior.
