The next day something very odd happened. Sirius was walking through Hogwarts with Remus and James when a Beaxbaton student tapped him on the shoulder "Ton frère est à l'infirmerie" she said, Remus and James didn't speak French so they had no clue what she said or why Sirius had run off yelling "Merci Delacour!" behind him so they ran after him. He had gone to the hospital wing, as the girl had said that his brother was there "Reg what happened!?" Sirius had burst in saying, Regulus had a broken nose so he just pointed to another bed where someone else from Beaxbaton was laying "Oh no." muttered Sirius.
"Whats oh no?" asked James,
"Someone punched his brother I think." replied Remus
"Oh no, " Sirius said "he's oh no." he pointed to the bed Regulus pointed at before walking over "Pierre."
"Sirius." said the blonde boy in the bed
"I sense tension." even James had picked up on it.
"Qu'est-ce que tu as fait?" Sirius spoke in fluent French (What did you do?) the others kind of wanted to know what was happening,
"c'est de sa faute il m'a provoqué!" said Pierre, raising his voice "pourquoi tu ne lui demandes pas?!" (it's his fault he provoked me, why don't you ask him)
"je ne te crois pas." Sirius raised his voice a little too "qu'est-ce qu'il a même fait!?"
"il a demandé si nous étions encore ensemble!" Pierre was shouting now (he asked if we were together still)
"VOUS N'AVEZ PAS BESOIN DE LE PERFORER!" Sirius was shouting too (you didn't have to punch him) "Merlin, c'est exactement pourquoi j'ai rompu avec toi." (that's why I broke up with you)
"Quoi?!" whatever Sirius had said it upset Pierre
"vos problèmes de colère, vous ne pouvez même pas vous contrôler!" Sirius snapped (your anger issues you can't even control yourself) "passer à autre chose." (get over it) Sirius turned back to his brothers bed where James and Remus where very confused Sirius ignored the yells of "que voulez-vous dire par dessus!?" from Pierre (what do you mean get over it!?) until he said "j'étais amoureux de toi" ( I was in love with you) which made Sirius freeze, "non tu ne l'as pas," he replied "tu ne m'aimais même pas." (no you weren't, you didn't even like me)
"Oh oui" replied Pierre "qui pourrait vous aimer? tu es juste comme ton père!" he spat the last bit so the others knew it was an insult (oh yes, who could like you? you're just like your father).
James just about grabbed Sirius as he was trying to jump at Pierre "qui est celui qui a des problèmes de colère maintenant, Black?" he taunted.

Eventually, Pierre had left the hospital wing and Sirius calmed down. "What was that about?" asked James
"That was Pierre." said Regulus "Sirius' ex-"
"Ex - friend!" Sirius interrupted "He was a friend."
James raised an eyebrow "We don't care if you're gay Sirius."
"Yeah he was my ex-boyfriend, I've just sort of been taught to not tell people." Sirius replied.
All Remus got from this was wait, Sirius is gay?! (he really isn't a Ravenclaw). There was an awkward pause. "Thanks by the way Siri." said Regulus awkwardly,
"Huh, what?" replied Sirius, who's eyes had found their way back to Remus "Oh right, anytime Reg."
Regulus, being quite observent, smirked and said "vous seul pourriez tomber amoureux de quelqu'un en moins d'un jour." (only you could fall in love with someone in less than a day)
"what!? je ne suis pas amoureux!" Sirius went scarlet, Reg raised an eyebrow "ok bien peut-être que je le suis." (I'm not in love! ok fine maybe I am).

Remus was in the library with Sirius while James was going to find Lily somewhere.
"Tu es beau." said Sirius (you're beautiful)
"No clue what that means." replied Remus turning a page,
"I know." grinned Sirius.
"Oh no," groaned Remus spotting some Slytherins including Antonin Dolohov, Lucius Malfoy and Bellatrix Black. Sirius looked over, spotted his cousin snd goraned "Oh no."
"Not happy to see your cousin?" laughed Bellatrix
"Not partiularly," replied Sirius "not you anyway, is Andy around?"
"I'd expect nothing less from you," snapped Bellatrix "hanging around with him"
"And what's that supposed to mean?" said Sirius standing up,
"He should be put down," Dolohov grinned stepping forward,
Sirius drew his wand, only to have it taken from him by Remus who had just been rolling his eyes the whole time. Sirius just sighed, "You know this'll happen anyway and now I can't block anything?" he muttered. "Honestly Sirius it's fine just ignore it." Remus put up with this all the time,
"Ignore it!?" Sirius knew Remus shouldn't have to deal with this "You can't ignore this! He's literally threatening your life!" (google who killed Remus) Sirius pushed Remus aside and ducked as a curse was shot at him, Remus wasn't quite sure what had happened but it involved Dolohov getting a broken nose and Sirius asking crouching infront of Remus asking if he was ok, Remus nodded still computing what happened, then he heard the footsteps of Madame Pince coming to see what was going on, Sirius pushed him under a desk as she turned the corner "What happened here?" she asked
"Sirius punched him!" yelled Bellatrix,
"Is this true?" asked the vulture like woman, Sirius had a dazed smile on his face as he looked around, then pretended he only just realized she was talking to him "désolé je ne parle pas anglais." (sorry I don't speak English) he said
"What?" Madame Pince didn't speak French "oooh Beauxbaton?" Sirius nodded.
Then, Andromeda came round the corner, "Yeah he doesn't speak English."
Sirius beamed then said "Andy! cher cousin si ravi de te voir!" (Andy! Dear cousin so nice to see you) he hugged her then whispered "Thanks." she didn't speak French either,
"No problem," she whispered back "Hey Bella Cissi wants you." Bellatrix rolled her eyes and followed Andromeda, as Lucius left with Dolohov and Madame Pince. Sirius helped Remus up of the floor who was having silent fits of laughter under the desk where no one even saw him, "Oh no did I brake you with my charm and wit?" Sirius said with a hairflip which made Remus almost collapse with laughter if Sirius hadn't caught him "Are you falling for me Lupin?" Yes, thought Remus, Yes I am. Remus played off his crimson face as laughing too much but in reality he was just blushing.
