Chapter 19: Recovery

Asta woke up in an hospital bed with a presence on top of him. "Finally you're up kid. You scared the shit out of me" a voice said across the room. He looked towards the door and saw Aizawa standing by the door with food and a coffee. "Hey Dad. Hehe sorry for worrying you." Asta laughed. "You worry me too much. Here eat some food" Aizawa said handing Asta a breakfast sandwich. Asta looked down and saw Noelle on his stomach. "W-W-Wait why is N-Noelle here?" Asta stammered. "She's here because she cares for you dumbass" Yuno mumbled waking up. "Oh hey Yuno" Asta greeted. "Hey. You feeling better?" Yuno asked. "Yeah, just a slight pain in my chest" Asta replied. "That's good. Now I have to get back to my agency so I'll see you back at home Asta" Yuno said waving goodbye. "Bye Yuno" Asta said.

"Noelle...Noelle...wake up" Asta said. Noelle opened her eyes and jumped back as she realized she was laying on his lap. "Oh h-hi Asta" Noelle stammered. "Are you hungry?" Asta asked. "Uhh yeah a little bit" Noelle responded. Asta grabbed another breakfast sandwich and handed her it. She then took it and started eating. "I'm going back home Asta. Stay out of trouble and be careful" Aizawa warned. "Bye Dad" Asta waved. "Noelle, I want to talk to you before I leave" Aizawa stated. Noelle nodded her head and followed Aizawa outside.

"What do you want to talk about Aizawa Sensei?" Noelle asked. "I want you to take care of my son. He is extremely reckless and you keep him in check. So please make sure he doesn't get himself hurt" Aizawa asked. "I will try my best Aizawa Sensei" Noelle assured her teacher. Aizawa then waved goodbye and Noelle went back inside.

"What did Dad want?" Asta asked. "It was nothing" Noelle claimed. "Oh okay". The two continued to eat but Noelle was acting a bit odd. "Noelle, are you okay. You seem a bit off?" Asta asked. "Y-Yeah, I-I'm fine" Noelle stuttered. Asta grabbed her hand and looked into her eyes. "What's wrong Noelle" Asta stated looking into her eyes. "I-I j-just feel b-bad. I am the r-reason you were s-stabbed and now y-you have a s-scar" Noelle cried. Asta grabbed her and pulled her into his chest. "It's okay Noelle. I won't let anyone hurt you. It isn't your fault Noelle" Asta comforted Noelle. She cried into his chest and felt the scar that layed on his chest. She looked up at Asta and Asta wiped her tears away. Noelle's face got red and hot as she slowly leaned closer to Asta. Asta also leaned closer to her. Their lips were only centimeters apart. They both move a little closer but then the door slammed open.

"Hey Kid, you finally feeling better!!" Yami yelled slamming the door. "Hey Rasta. Ready for more training!?" Magna asked. "Hey Asta, do you want to fight after this. Come on come on, let's go" Luck said punching towards Asta. "Hey kid, you want a drink it will help that wound" Vanessa drunkenly said. Asta shook his head to all of their questions and looked back to the blushing Noelle. He smirked at her and that made her blush 100 times more. "You feeling better kid?" Yami asked. "Yeah I feel great!!" Asta said getting out of bed and doing pushups. "A-Asta stop. What if you hurt your self again" Noelle said worried. "I'll be fine" Asta said continuing doing his pushups. Yami then stomped on his nephew and held him there. "Stop working so hard kid. You just recovered by a bad wound" Yami said stepping on Asta. "O-Okay. P-Please get of m-me" Asta begged on the floor.

Asta was called into the room where the three other boys were in. He sat down and the police walked in. "Hello boys. So we know that you were the one who stopped the Hero Killer Stain woof. However, you illegally used your quirk to stop him. So you have two choices, get kicked out of U.A or never tell anyone about what happened woof." a dog detective said to the trio. "But then who is the credit going to go to for stopping Stain" Iida asked. "Well since he has cuts and burn marks inflicted on him, we will say that Endeavor and the Dark Swordsman took him down. The 4 unwillingly nodded knowing anything they said would not be accepted. The 4 were then discharged from the hospital.

Asta walked out of the hospital with the Black Bulls. "Asta!!" A voice cried out. Asta looked behind him and saw Noelle running up to him. "Oh hey Noel-" Asta said before getting cut off by a hug. Asta's face started turning bright red as Noelle hugged him tighter. "I'm happy you feel better Asta. I'll see you back at school" She said still hugging him. "T-Thanks Noelle" Asta stammered. Noelle then let go and waved goodbye.

"Awwh little Rasta got himself a girlfriend" Magna teased. "Shut up Magna!!" Asta shouted still blushing. "Okay. Come on you two. Now that Stain is locked up, we will continue to your training Asta" Yami said walking ahead of them. "Yes sir" Asta said catching up to him.
