Chapter 30: Rescue

"So here's the plan" Midoriya began "Iida and I will use our quirks to propel Kirishima, Iida, and I into the sky. Then Todoroki will use his quirk to make an ice ramp so we could slide on it" Midoriya explained. "Then Yuno will create a wind ark so we can travel safely. Kirishima, the last part relies on you. You will be the one to call out for Kacchan. You are the closet one to his friend so he should listen to you when you call his name" Midoriya stated. "And then Asta and Yuno, you two will fly Yaoyarozu and Todoroki put of harms way" Midoriya finished. "Everyone understand?". They all nodded in agreement and had a look of determination.

"Alright, let's do this!"

Midoriya, Iida, and Kirishima stood next to eachother. Midoriya and Iida wrapped around Kirishima and pushed their feet against the wall. They used their quirks to propel them up while Todoroki made an ice ramp for then to slide. They flew off the ramp but Yuno made a wind ark to catch them.

"BAKUGOU, COME!!" Kirishima yelled while holding his hand out.

Bakugou used his quirk to blast himself up and grabbed Kirishima's hand.

Asta and Yuno then grabbed Yaoyarozu and Todoroki and flew to safety.

They landed in an alley way and ran into the crowd. They saw everyone watching as a screen broadcasted the fight All Might was in. They watched as All Might, the Number One hero, was tossed around like a rag doll by the villain calling himself All For One. Midoriya, Asta, and Yuno watched in fear knowing that soon, All Might's power would run out.

"Go on, help him" a dark sinister voice spoke out to Asta. "Huh?" Asta questioned the voice. He looked behind him and saw nothing. But when he turned back around, he saw a dark version of himself with red eyes and black skin. "Go help him" the figure said. "W-Who are you?" Asta asked. "I am Liebe" he said. "Wait, you're the reason why I got that new form" Asta said. "Yes it was me who gave you a small portion of my power". "Now let me take control of your body and I can kill that villian, saving All Might" Liebe said smiling at Asta. "N-No, All Might can beat him" Asta replied. "It doesn't look like that" Liebe pointed out. Asta looked at the screen and saw All Might in his small form. "Now let me take control, and I can save him" Liebe smiled. Asta looked down and thought about if he should give up himself just to save All Might.

But before he could make a decision, Yuno grabbed him and rushed him out the crowds. "We have to get out of here before we get noticed" Yuno said dragging Asta out the crowds.

Asta could only watch as he saw All Might fight All For One.

The group moved out the crowds but still watched the fight. They saw All Might taking blow and blow by All For One and All For One using all of his quirks that he had stolen. "We have to help him!!" Asta shouted. "Asta we can't. Even if we did, All For One could steal our quirks and kill us" Yuno said trying to calm Asta down. "B-But-" Asta stuttered. "It's okay, All Might will win" Yuno reassured his brother.

"It doesn't look like it" the dark voice spoke again. Asta looked back and saw Liebi flying in the air. "For the last time, let me take control of your body and I will end All For One" Liebe stated. Asta tried to ignore Liebe but he kept trying to convince him.

Luckily, Asta then got a phone call from Noelle. He grabbed his phone and checked around for Liebe but he was no where to be found. Asta picked up his phone.

"Asta, are you watching the news!?"

"Y-Yeah, I want to help but Yuno said we shouldn't"

"I think, that is for the best. It's too dangerous"

Asta heard a strong wind pick up and saw All Might knocking All For One out.

"I'll call you back" Asta said ending the call.

Asta saw All Might standing there, motionless as the news was there surrounding him.

But, All Might then pointed a finger towards the camera.

"Next, it's your turn"

Asta looked towards Midoriya and saw his eyes starting to tear up. Asta knew that the message was directly meant for Midoriya.

"Come on, we should get put of here" Iida said walking out of the crowds. The rest of the group then followed him.

They all split up and went to there respected homes.

When Asta and Yuno got home, they were met by Aizawa standing there in front of them. "We can expl-" Yuno began before being wrapped by Aizawa's capture gear. "Why in the hell would you two go out like that!!?" Aizawa angrily asked his two sons. "W-We wanted to save Bakugou since we couldn't do anything at the training camp" Asta answered. Aizawa released them and then slapped them on the head. "No more scaring me like that. Now get inside" Aizawa scolded. The two boys then went inside and went to their rooms.

Asta laid down on his bed and saw 5 unread texts and 3 missed calls from Noelle.

"Shit"

Noelle: Asta
Noelle: Asta where did you go!?
Noelle: Hello!?
Noelle: Asta, please reply
Noelle: Asta, please be okay.
Noelle: please be safe

Asta: Hey Noelle, sorry for not responding. I just got back.

Noelle: I'VE BEEN SO WORRIED, YOU DIDN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY TEXTS OR CALLS!!!

Asta: I know I know, I'm sorry for not responding to any of your texts and calls.

Asta: I'm tired tonight so I'll explain everything to you tomorrow.

Noelle: Okay, good night Asta love you.

Asta: Good night love you.

Asta put his phone down and looked up at his ceilings. He was still shook at the thought of All Might in pain and losing his battle. But most of all, everytime he closed his eyes, he would see a dark version of him attacking his friends and family. He tried to ignore it but he couldn't. He got up and ran to the bathroom to wash his face.

"Let me in!!" A voice screamed through Asta's mind. He looked at himself in the mirror and saw a dark version of himself in the mirror. "You can't escape it, this is you" Liebe said in Asta's mind. Asta covered his ears and tried to ignore all the voices he heard. He ran back to his room and locked the door. He covered his ears and tried to fall asleep. He twisted and turned trying to sleep but luckily, he did fall asleep. But he would still have vague flashes of a dark persona of him.

A/N I'm back from this almost 3 week hiatus. I'm sorry for not posting for so long. It's just I didn't have any motivation to write and I was stuck on how to write this story. But these next few chapters should be out sooner hopefully. Thanks again for the support from reading this story.
