Aria's POV

"So you're telling me, that he accidentally added eel powder instead of the vanilla powder?"

Mandy quickly bowed down, "I'm so sorry. He usually doesn't mistake the vanilla with eel, I don't know what's gotten into him. Please punish me on his behalf, please I should take it for not keeping an eye on him. I deserve it."

"Princess, you may not know what eel powder is, so would you allow me to ex-" Victor started.

"No need I already know, Feng told me everything." I waved him off, my gaze fixed on Mandy.

"Princess who is Feng?" Volter questioned.

I snapped out of my trance, "Wait, you don't see him?"

"See who exactly?"

They can't see me, princess. To them I'm invisible, which is another advantage. I can show myself whenever I want, and I think it's best to keep it a secret for now.

Oh okay.

"Oh never mind." I said holding the bridge of my nose.

"Princess, I truly apologize for what he did so please, forgive him and punish me instead of him. H-he's still a child please..." Mandy pleaded.

"Wait, wait, wait. Who said anything about punishment?" My frown grew wider, as my head whipped her direction.

I was getting more irritated by this by the second.

"I-I'm sorry princes-"

"You know what!? I want everyone out the room." I stated as I opened the door motioning everyone out.

Everyone left.

Volter hesitantly took a step forward.

"Volter please," I begged, "I need a moment to think to myself a bit. I mean, don't get me wrong, I really loved it here, but I fell pressured, and uneasy about the whole thing. So please, would you be so kind to give the princess some time alone, Sir. Volter?"

Although Volter's expression held understanding, yet it held a touch of hurt.

He left without a word as he closed the door behind him.

I sighed. Scanning the room I called out, "Feng."

I knew Volter and the others can probably hear me, but that was the least of my worries.

A familiar dark shadow slowly made its way towards me from the darkest corner of the room. Just as there was about a meter distance between us it stopped and sat down, it's devilish tail waving aimlessly. It's white eyes blinking, it was as if everything around that cat everything turned cold and shriveled to darkness.

The cat yawned, opening its dark jaw revealing a sharp set of teeth, and purred, "Yes?"

Volter's POV

"Feng." Came the princess's voice from behind the door.

Again with this... Feng? Who is he anyway?

A purred " Yes." was heard.

"I need you to go find Ash and the others, and bring them back before midnight." Princess Aria paused, "Please?"

"I can do that, but are you sure, you want me to do that, Princess?" came an immediate response, from whoever that Feng was.

"Yes, I'm sure, just please be quick." The princess seemed a little panicked.

"It won't even take half an hour princess, because I already know where they are." Feng purred, in a reassuring and warm tone.

With that there was silence.
