Talia's Pov

It felt so warm.

I slept well for the first time in my life.

"Good morning Princess. It's time for your first flying lesson." Said Ash with a grin on his bird face.

"Okay..." I said yawning and opening my heavy eyelids. "Tell me something would you Ash?" I asked him as he went into the closet to get me something casual and for my training to wear.

"Hmmm... What is it?" He asked.

"Why am I a princess and what is my real name if I am one?" I really wanted to know since that's what he said.

"Well your real name is Aria. And you are a princess because your real parents were royalty."

"Tell me more about them." I asked pleadingly.

"Ok your mother was the queen of phoenixs and your father was the king of dragons, they both fell in love and out of their love came a navy blue firey egg. And that egg is you Talia ...oh I mean princess Aria."

"How can I be an egg before? And why did my parents abandon me?"

"Your parents kind both have eggs instead of giving birth, and by the way you're no ordinary phoenix. The Phoenix inside the egg's power can be told easily because of the color, for example, green is for nature, while light blue is either for water or ice. And many more of course but your egg was navy blue, no one saw a navy blue egg in their lives so I say that maybe your power is all the colors together... Well that's what I think." He explained briefly." And about your other question, your parents never abandoned you. Your egg started hatching at the breakout of war. Between the Phoenixs and the Demons. Your mother and father bothe died in the hands of the Demon king, the people of your city in other words the dragons knew you weren't safe with them after you hatched out of your egg so they decided to leave you in the human lands to keep you safe and when your ready to take charge of the Dragons and if there are up coming wars. They made me to train you."
He stated.

"Ok... That explains a lot..." I thought a loud.

"Ok let's start training now before any of those vamps come again, we want you out of here before sunrise." He said handing me the training clothes.

I stand up and change, nothing special but I like it, it covers most of my skin and that's what I like.

"Now Aria I need you to think yourself as if you are a phoenix like me, but bigger and more immature and stronger... Okay?"

"Okay... A big fire bird, a phoenix." Within a flash was was on the floor looking up at Ash who was shocked completely."W-whats wrong?"

"Why are you a baby phoenix? Your tail at least isn't a flame."

He settles down next to me.

I hoped to the mirror and took a look at myself.

I was way puffier than Ash my claws are black even my legs, and for a tail a feather.

"You can't fly with only one feather, think yourself as a dragon now, let's see what you look like as a dragon."
