Chapter 12

Jasper's/White's Pov

Well, one thing's for sure.

Those four word were never good news.

Second the door slammed shut behind me I flinched.

Blanc glared blankly at me.

Hopefully ,he doesn't know what I did to Talia because I sure know that I don't know what came over me and after all that I still wanted to be by her side. Plus, I don't think that she will be back to perfect health for about a week.

"S-so... What is it you want to talk about?" I asked nervously.

He cocked his head to my nervousness.

"Isn't it obvious?" He said through grited teeth.

"No..." I say acting inoccent.

He runs his hand in his hair in disapproval.

"It's been a week, I told you I'm going to leave tonight, for two days because of my father to try and date this girl named Amelia."

He did seem way concerned about this whole situation so I decided to play along.

"You know that I don't like just any random girl."

"Why don't you try convincing your father that you don't want to date anyone?" I suggested , giving my head a scratch.

"I did but he won't listen." He paused hesitated."What would you do when your father tells you to date some random pretty girl, and you are already in love with another?" He asked me.

This is weird he never usually ask me such things. He literally hates me but trusts me...

Wait how is that even possible?

"My father is dead thank you very much!" I snapped.

"Well then... How about your mother?"

"She's dead too!" I crossed my arms and looked away.

"Then who took care of you White!?" He shot.

I think it over for a minute.   "My grandparents, but they also passed away when I was a hundred!"

"Okay-Fine!...What will you do if someone forces you to date someone you don't love?" He stated more than questioned.

"That situation will never occur to me so I'm leaving now!" I stood up and left.

"Wait!..." I stopped and turned around to face him.

"Yes?"

"I want you to be her bodyguard until I'm back..."

I couldn't hear the rest of his sentence, but I nodded and opened the door.

"That means you will have a room right next to hers." I stated.

I froze. Is that bad?

"There will be a door that will lead you to her room."

I shut the door immediately after the words left his mouth.
