Chapter 32

Ash's Pov

The voice thrilling through the walls.

I heard Aria whimper even though she was unconscious.

I glance at her to make sure she was okay.

The guard I was holding broke out of my grip and stood straight.

Just as a man with pure blood red hair and white eyes with a hint of red entered the dark dungeon, the guards both bowed.

As he comes closer I find that he was wearing th royal suit that has a grey and black furry shoulder top. His ear had many piercings, five to be exact. A really long earring at the lowest part of his ear.

I'm guessing this isn't a person you would see everyday.

"What's going on?" He said, as he gave a stern look at the guards.

"T-the intruders woke up, and we were just wondering what that red haired boy was doing here so we asked him." Stuttered one of the guards.

"And?..."

"He claims to be Ash the one we sent to get the princess."

His eyes went wide for a second then they were normal again. "This soon?..." He questioned himself in a whisper I barely heard. "And where is this princess? Little boy?" He glanced at me leaning forward towards me a smirk growing on his face.

Was it just me or was this guy a little... Creepy?

I stared blankly at him a creepy smile made its way to my face. "Nope."

His smirk only grew wider, "You sure, kid?"

"Yes, and for the last time I'm not a kid!" I said in a quick high tone, crossing my arms on my chest.

"Well then, you leave me no choice." He sighed as he straightened himself, "Is she the princess?" He said pointing at Sebel behind me.

I shrugged, "Not even close."

"Well then, this one." he pointed at Aria a smirk growing on his face, again, as if he knew that she was the princess any way.

"...Why would that... person...be the princess?" I lied.

"Well thank you for cooperation." His head flew to the other guard. "Open that cell."

The guard opened it.

The man stepped into Aria's cell.

"How did you know!?"

"You hesitated." He smirked back.

I glared at him and sent after him a number of curses.

He stood in front of Aria's hanging body, examining every single bit of her.

I can hear Kale's growl in the background.

I heard a quiet mumble coming from Aria, I couldn't hear what she was exactly saying, but the man's eyes went wide before they suddenly had a hint of panic.

He closed his eyes for two seconds only to open them again, a blue color filling his eyes as I realized that he was casting a spell .

The moment his eyes became the color they used to be, the chains on her wrists, ankles and neck broke.

Just before she fell on the floor he caught her letting her rest on his chest.

"Get a room ready in the palace for her." He paused, "And make sure it's cold."
