Ollie still hated calling uber's, but I didn't mind picking her up. After finding out we live around 20 minutes away from each other, we hung out a lot more.

After hopping into the emerald green minivan me and Ranboo shared, I stopped by Starbucks and grabbed some coffee for both Ollie and me. A short drive down the interstate, I pulled up to Ollie's house. The court allowed her to live by herself, as long as a person of legal age went to the house to check on her at least every 48 hours, usually it was Me or Ranboo's parents. I really don't know how she had the mental capacity to still live in her old house, where her parents use to live.
"Heyo" I said as she closed the passenger side door.
"wassup homie"
"nothing much, how are you?" I pulled out of the driveway.
"eh, the usual, Nightmares, freaking out if I see someone walking on the sidewalk outside my house" she chuckled.
"Ollie you really shouldn't be joking about that" I tsked.
"what's wrong with covering up your pain and misery with humor?" she smiled.
"well, some people do it just to hide their true emotions" I mentioned.
"I hate how you do your mind stuff" she pouted.
"its true, you can actually talk to me y'know"
"yeah, I know" she muttered stubbornly.
"so tell me" I turned onto the highway.
"there isn't really much to say" She sighed.
"there must be something on your mind" I glanced over to her.
"well—the house feels pretty empty"
"mhm"
"I'm on facetime with Tommy as much as possible, but I'm here—and he's there," she mumbled.
There was some silence before she spoke again, "I went into Olive's room the other day" that made me fully turn my attention to her, she stared blankly at the road.
"how'd that go?" I asked warily.
"I sat in the rocking chair for a couple hours—after that I left"
"any anxiety from that?"
"a little—but I kinda pushed it out of my mind after I left" I pulled into my apartment complex parking lot.
"let's go inside" I grabbed our coffees and walked over to the stairs of the complex.
"wanna join my stream sometime soon? I know you usually just go on Ranboo's, but I thought it'd be fun!" Ollie mentioned as we sat on my couch. I hesitated, going through all the possible factors to this situation before answering, how many viewers she usually had, how long her streams usually were, etc.
"sure! What were you planning on doing?"
"eh, I haven't done a CSGO stream in a while, you've ever played?"
"I little bit, but yeah that sounds fun!" I smiled.
"great! Does Thursday work for you?"
"yeah, I think" I pulled out my phone to make sure I had nothing planned for that day. I nodded once confirming I was free.
