Raijin raised his head. With each step feeling heavier then the next. He limped all the way to the main staircase to go back towards the surface. His brown burnt fingers rubbed against the entrance to the doorway. He crawled up the stairs. Electricity continued to erupt from his body. The strings of lightning bolts tore through the staircase and tore through what lights were still on. The sound of rumbling could be heard above him. The skyscraper was on the verge of collapsing. "He has to be here, he has to!" the boy yelled to motivate himself. His sluggish movements came to a stop as he would hold the sides of his head. His ears were ringing like a fly non stop buzzing. Like a loud tv's static on full volume. The yellow electricity pulsated and erupted up the staircase and burned through the walls. Raijin held his chest tightly and with one arm he continued up the stairs. As he got closer and closer to the surface, the sounds of screaming from various people could be heard. Raijin made it back to the large black door and pushed it open before falling to the floor. The pain overwhelmed all of his senses. Many scientists and men in business suits ran out of the exits of the building, the halls and rooms were cluttered with people. Raijin slowly crawled along the floor. He attempted to resist the heaviness of his body and stand. Raijin leaned up against the desk while pushing off all the business papers that were once in stacks. "I couldn't have been asleep for that long, no way," Raijin muttered as he continued to limp to the main lobby area. "Yes everything is secure, yes he has made it to the rooftop," one of the armed soldiers said, talking into his earpiece. "That him he is talking about, is most likely my dad," Raijin thought. He then pushed himself and walked. A large pulse of electricity erupted from Raijins body and echoed throughout the building. All the lights and machines turned off. The skyscraper's power was gone. Backup generators turned on. The red emergency lights lit up the hallways. Raijin found the stairway up to the roof. He traveled up them.

Raijins father: Deion had arrived on the roof. He began walking towards the helicopter that had landed on the helipad a few minutes before. His security guards walked alongside him. Raijin kicked open the door that led to the roof. A cold wind brushed Raijin's white hair to the side. His purple colored eyes pierced through the man in front of him. The sound of the door slamming open gathered the attention of the four soldiers around on the rooftop. Deion turned around. The men in the helicopter glanced over as well. The moon shined acrossed Raijin. His face, hair and ripped clothing was fully illuminated. "Why do you keep coming back to haunt me?" Deion replied with an annoyed expression. "The suffering you put on your family, you left us in the dump, you left mom to die, left all of us to die. For what, what other family or lover was you hiding, what was so important that we weren't worth it to you. We lived everyday to know if you were coming back. Spent years wondering if we were even still a family!" Raijin shouted. Deion paused in shock of hearing the worries. Knowing his goals, and reasoning, the CEO side of him returned him back to reality. "You know nothing boy, what I do, what we do, you and your family are always holding me back. Holding back what I could do. Holding back what I needed to do, not only for this city but for the world," the man yelled back. All the soldiers directed their firearms towards the boy in the middle. A sharp pain entered Raijins head. He clinched the side of his head and moved forward. "You, you are nothing to me, life is never about one person, it's not about a few people, it's about everyone involved, no matter who is sacrificed as long as everyone in the end is benefited. I go beyond human standards. I'm doing the work that no one is willing to do behind the scenes. Sitting at home doing the same things, talking to the same four people in a house is not meant for me!" Deion yelled in a strong tone. "I'm your child, you have a son, a daughter, a wife, you made us for a reason, we became a family in the first place for a reason," Raijin elucidates. "Son, daughter, I'm a man, you can be replaced, I can mate and make as many sons and daughters as I want. For a wife, there are four billion women on this planet who I can be with. Women who can achieve goals, who can help the world, who have status to their life outside of mere chores," Deion explains. Rage fueled Raijins mind. The quickly dashed at the man standing still. As everyone prepared to fire, the CEO waved his hand to signal not to fire. Raijin flew across the concrete. With tears of anger, Raijin needed to prove his father wrong. Raijin pulled his arm back and prepared for a hard punch. Once he was in range, Deion grabbed his arm before grabbing Raijin by his jacket collar. The man began to walk towards the edge of the building. He held Raijin over the edge. There was no platform under his feet. Only the streets and cars and people who were several stories down. The boy clenched his arms around his muscular arm. His hands brushed against the silky leather of the business suit. Raijin gritted his teeth and grunted in pain. "Even if you were my blood, you know far too much. You uncovered what was not supposed to be seen. Goodbye," Daion said with a cold stare. His grip was released.
