Chapter 10

It had been a few hours since Raijin arrived. He had been sitting on the surrounding benches eating food. Finally the announcer called out his name for the first round. "Guess it's time," Raijin said in a deepened tone before picking up his sword. Raijin stood up and made his way into the arena. "I'm doing all of this for you mom. I'm going to win the prize and place you at the top of the chain. For all the pain you went through with dad, to keep us stable and have a good life. You will be at the top. I'm winning this no matter what. No matter what my conscious is telling me. I'll kill if i have to," Raijin muttered while looking into the sky with the birds in the sky. Raijin went through the stadium. Thousands of people were watching the fight and sitting in the stands. This was one of the many stages on the island. Raijin walked on to the stage. The crowd was screaming. The boy looked around. His opponent arrived on the stage as well. The boy had a tanned skin and had red hair and brown eyes. He wore a dark red ripped up martial arts robe. The man smiled and touched his chin hair. The speakers got louder. "RAIJIN VS KANSHINDO, ROUND WILL COMMENCE IN 3....2.....1.... BEGIN!" the speaker said loudly.

Deion also arrived at another stage as he was participating in the tournament as well. Raijin was fighting Konni, Allen's teacher. The two stood against each other. Konni had no attention to hide the fact he had abilities. As soon as the announcer commenced the fight. Konni released bright purple flames around his body. Deion had no reaction and began to battle.

Raijin gripped his sword and twisted his feet into a battle stance. "I'll end this quickly," Raijin said. He bent his body downwards for a quick strike. The man stood there with the same smile as he also got into his martial arts stance. Small lightning bolts wrapped around the blade and Raijins feet. Raijin dashed quickly leaving behind a red burned trail along the stage. Within a microsecond, Raijin had already been on the other side of the stage. Raijin looked down and noticed his sword was not in his hand. His opponent was not sliced. Raijin turned around in surprise to notice Kenshido had his sword in the palms of his hands. Right before Raijin could process it, a large foot was planted in Raijins chest and it sent him flying backwards. Raijin back flipped back onto his feet. Kanshindo inspected the blade and threw it to the side. The sword impaled the hard concrete. Raijin dashed once more. You're a fast one!" Kanshindo yelled as he ran towards Raijin. Raijin wanted his sword back. The two moved towards the center and clashed their forearms together. Kanshindo moved his left arm back for a swing but Raijin blocked it with his arm. Raijin then headbutted Kanshindo, leaving him stunned for a second before Raijin tiled his body and pulled back his left arm and punched Kanshindos face. The impact sent Kanshindo onto the floor. The man looked up at the boy as he stood in front of him. Raijin raised his right leg high into the air and increased it with electricity before slamming his feet into the ground. Kanshindo rolled over. Raijins foot slammed into the ground and broke the area. Kanshindo stood up. Raijin immediately twisted his posture and dashed and punched Kanshindo in the stomach. The man flew back across the arena. Raijin leaped into the air and shoved his feet into Kanshindos chest. The arena under then cracked. Raijin placed his foot onto Kanshindos throat. "Submit," Raijin said sternly.

Kanshindo was surprised but refocused his mind. The man extended his arm and attempted to punch Raijins leg. Rajin leaped into the air. Kanshindo rolled over and stood up. Raijin landed onto the ground. Kanshindo rushed Raijin with a flurry of head on attacks. Raijin dodged most of the attacks. His eyes turned left and right constantly to analyze his movements. Kanshindo grabbed both of Raijin's arms and threw them in the air leaving his body open. The man quickly spear tackled Raijin to the ground. Raijin slightly grunted from the pain. Kanshindo stood up and cocked back his elbow and punched downwards towards Raijins face. Raijin twisted his body in a circle motion and kicked Kanshindos leg off balance. Before Kanshindo could fully fall, Raijin used his electricity to boost his speed and maneuver around Kanshindo. Raijin punched Kanshindo's back rapidly. Each punch left a dent into the man's back. Kanshindo then grabbed Raijin's arm and flipped him over his shoulder. Raijin was slammed into the ground. Raijin rolled over and front flipped onto the ground and grabbed his sword. Raijin quickly glanced back and threw his sword as hard as he could. Raijin dashed and followed the sword in the air. The blade sliced through Kanshindo's arm. Raijin caught the sword in the air and swirled around and sliced Kanshindos back with it. Blood spewed onto the floor. Kanshindo screeched in pain. Raijin twisted the sword to his side for another dash and slice. Raijin ran quickly. Kanshindo turned around to catch the blade once more. Raijin leaped into the air and threw his sword to the side of the man. Kanshindos eyes glanced over to notice the sword narrowly missed him. Before he could look back, Raijin was already in front of him and spun and kicked the man in the face. Kanshindo was knocked back a few feet but was still standing. Raijin quickly moved in front of him and went for another kick to the stomach, and then his head and then kicked the side of Kanshindo's arm and nearly broke. Raijin then dropped kicked Kanshindo with both feet. Kanshindo was nearly knocked outside the ring. Deion was dodging flames left and right. Deion created a shield in front of him to take the flames head on. Deion dodged out of the way and created a flamethrower to match the flames. The old man was pushed back but then stood his ground. Deion ran and kicked the man. Konni quickly grabbed deion and held him. Deion broke from his grasp and Kicked the man down. Deion punched the man in the chest and created several grenades onto his body. Deion jumped back. Konni created an aura of flames that absorbed the grenades explosions. Konni moved his head up. He created a whip of fire. Deion backed up and analyzed his movements. Deion created an rpg, and blasted rockets across the area, turning all the concrete into metal. The audience for that stage was confused. Deion seemed like a god that can create anything.
