"Mina!" she heard her call again so she blinks her eyes few more times, making sure she's not dreaming. It really is her, Y/n. She came to see her but why? how?

Mina finally snapped out of it when she felt the other side of her earpods getting slipped off, now she's only listening to Y/n's voice, nothing else.

Mina's bodyguard was about to approach them and rip Y/n away from Mina but seeing how the japanese girl doesn't seem to be disgraced by the other's presence, he waited.

Y/n took hold of her shoulder, swallowing the lump on her throat.
"Mina, I'm sorry it took me a long time to say this, I know I'm probably much too late but.. but I like you, I really like you."

"Even after all this time, I thought I'd forget about you because I know you'll never feel the same. But screw consequences I'm taking this risk, now I'm confessing to you. I'm not sure if I'm still able to meet you after this because your bodyguard probably hates me so much and—eh?" Y/n cut herself off when she saw Mina's eyes started shimmering with tears, eyebrows forming downturned curve, her lips curving down as it shook slightly.

What threw her off is when Mina pulls her back into a hug, a bone crushing hug that she never knew Mina was capable of.

She let out a croak, finding it hard to breathe and also, with the proximity they're in who wouldn't lose their breath when they're getting hugged by Myoui Mina?

Y/n's hands which is slightly raised in mid air slowly finding its way on the small of Mina's back, giving it a comforting pat.

She heard Mina's soft cries on her neck, she gave the japanese bodyguard a nervous look but he only gave her sharp glance before talking through his earpiece, providing them some privacy.

Y/n slowly pulls away from the hug and wipes Mina's tears smeared soft cheeks with her shaky thumb.

'Shit, my hands are shaking. I'm super duper nervous!'

"Don't cry Mina, don't cry. Your bodyguard might kill me." Y/n said but Mina shook her head, she wants to cry, she wants to let it all out now that Y/n is here.

Y/n tuts her tongue and said with a soft tone.
"Tsk, stop crying~ You're ruining your makeup.." wiping Mina's tears with her coat's sleeves, sparing some glances towards the bodyguard who sat on the seat all the way at the end.

"Do you even know how long I've waited for you to say that? What took you so long?!" Mina said through her sniffs, staring right into Y/n's eyes. Was it just a stare? But then why is Y/n feeling like it was a mild glare. Yep, she's lashing it out on her.

"I thought you already forgotten about us. I thought, after all the troubles that I've caused you you chose to forget about me."

"Because I thought you wouldn't feel the same. Mina, you never came to check on me after I went through a surgery. I never heard any word from you so I thought.." Mina drops her eyes from Y/n's orbs to her chin.

She didn't? But she swore she asked Jeongyeon to tell her that she's worrying about her, at least every week. She then would ask them if Y/n is okay and they said she is, but when she ask them what Y/n said in return they'll say she's still not well to talk about stuff.
