A/N: Hi! This is my first story. I've always wanted to write something like this but I wasn't super confident in my writing. I'm trying my best and hopefully, this will be something you'll like! This is not going to follow season 1 exactly. I'm going to give it my own twist to fit in with the storyline. Backstory: After being adopted and raised by her single mother who died when she was 15, she moved in with her Tia Victoria and Tio Manuel who live in LA. She and her mom used to live with them up until she was 8 when her mom was on her feet again and could afford an apartment in Bakersfield. She hadn't played or even touched an instrument since the day she lost her mom.
