Kevin remained under the covers of his dorm bed, staring at the screen of his phone. He hadn't gotten up for anything. Not to eat, not to go to the bathroom, not to shower. It had been at least a week that he had been in this state. They hadn't had any new schedules for at least a month, and their agency was trying their best to get them some work to do. But, they were in the middle stage where they had a comeback a couple of months ago, promotions were over, and there was really nothing to do but sit back and relax.
But Kevin couldn't relax no matter how hard he tried. Anyone else would think he was just relaxing to the fullest, but it was really his depression getting to him. Jacob had been trying to get the boy out of bed but to no avail. Depression is sometimes stronger than the person itself, having enough weight on a person that it can hold you down so tightly.
"Kevin, at least eat something," Jacob sat down next to Kevin on the bed, putting a hand on his shoulder.
Kevin shook his head, for probably the third time today. Neglecting his body and what would be beneficial to his condition was something he was used to. So it felt normal not to eat for days.
"I'll bring something to you. What do you want?" Jacob asked, trying to do everything in his power to get that man out of bed.
Kevin thought for a second, "Can you get me some ramen?"
Jacob smiled and nodded, "Of course. Do you want it to be spicy?"
"Yeah."
Jacob leaned in and hugged the boy, leaving the embrace after a little while to go to the kitchen and cook some ramen for him. Kevin watched him heat it and cook it, bored with almost everything but that. The sight of Jacob trying his best to help him made him happy, but also sorry. He didn't want Jacob to worry about him, but seeing him this way gave him a different kind of euphoria.
He had finished cooking it, walking inside the room with a tray for the bed. Kevin sat up for the first time in at least two days, Jacob helping him up. Kevin picked up his chopsticks, eating the ramen faster than he probably should've.
"Slow down a little. You haven't eaten in a long time and your body can't handle all of that food at once."
"Oh. Right."
Kevin stopped eating for a little bit, looking at Jacob, "I don't know what to do."
Jacob smiled, "Remember what you did for me when I was in my depression slump?"
Kevin nodded, "Yeah, I helped you stand up and eat and a lot of that, why?"
"Can we try to stand up today?" He asked, watching Kevin's face become a puzzling expression. He clearly didn't know if he would be able to.
"I guess we can try it."
Jacob smiled, holding Kevin's hands and helping him stand up. The boy stumbled a little bit, his body wasn't used to the muscle usage it took to stand up.
Usually, it would take him two seconds to propel himself upward if he were in bed. But, because his depression had hit him at a time where he wasn't busy, it had seriously hit him hard.
Jacob caught the boy, feeling his cold hands on his skin, "I've got you."
Kevin smiled, "I know you do."
Kevin looked the boy in the eyes as his arms were held by Jacob's hands. Leaning up and kissing him on the lips gently, he wrapped his arms around the boy's neck. Anyone else would've been surprised, but Jacob wasn't. After all, there had been a sort of romantic tension between the two of them in the past couple of weeks.
Kevin walked with Jacob holding his waist. Their kisses were gentle and soft, Kevin leading the movement of the kisses. Jacob sighed through the kiss, their lips becoming slowly swollen.
Kevin felt butterflies hit every part of his stomach as he felt Jacob relaxing into the kiss. Kevin slipped his tongue inside his mouth, earning a whimper from the older. He smiled, laying the boy down on the bed. Kevin explored his mouth, wet clicking noises of their saliva being mixed.
"K-Kevi-" Jacob's voice was muffled as Kevin kissed him. Jacob was enjoying it, but extremely flustered. His cheeks were as red as a chrysanthemum.
Jacob put his hands on Kevin's shoulders, letting him take control of the situation. Kevin smiled once again, running his hand through the boy's soft ginger hair. Jacob felt Kevin's lips lift off of his, but his tongue never left his mouth. Jacob let out a couple of strained noises as their tongues intertwined and his heart beat faster than it ever had before.
Kevin watched his expression. His tightly shut eyes, his eyebrows facing upwards, and his cheeks extremely red. Plunging his tongue inside, he watched as his eyes shut tighter and his hands gripped harder on the clothes on his shoulder. He nearly melted at the pitiful but beautiful sight.
Kevin finally retracted his tongue, Jacob panting for breath. Kevin caressed his hair, smiling at the boy who was tired out.
"K-Kevin..." Jacob managed to finally open his eyes, catching a glimpse of his warm eyes.
"I surprised you, didn't I?" Kevin spoke, his thumb caressing Jacob's forehead.
"A little..." Jacob spoke, feeling dazed from the experience.
Kevin leaned down and kissed him on the lips softly. Jacob accepted it, feeling his soft, smooth, lips on his own. He loved the touch, knowing that he would be the only one to ever receive it.
Kevin disconnected their lips, their foreheads against each other. Jacob basked in the beauty of the one above him. His cheeks became a little red, his ears starting to become red as well. Kevin smirked.
"Simp."
"I am not!"
