*Four Months Later*

Riley's POV:

"Riley, calm down. It's only been like what? Three months since he went? It's honestly not that long," Em tells me whilst I continued to pace up and down in the airport waiting area. I stopped in my tracks as she said that and then turned around to face her, watching her scroll through her phone and not seeming at all too bothered by anything.

"Are you kidding me right now?" I ask rhetorically. "You said it yourself! It's been a whole three months and I haven't seen him in ages! Well, apart from when we video call every night but still, that hardly counts whatsoever!"

"Okay Ri, I get it. You miss your boyfriend," she smirks.

"Yes, I do. And I even got him a come-back home gift and everything!" She rolls her eyes at me as I turn around to check the time on the large capitalized font on the black screen and see that it was now 2:48 pm and he should have landed at least forty minutes ago although we only got here about fifteen minutes after his flight had landed. "Where is he?" I moan, thrashing around on my feet.

"Calm down. He's probably at the baggage area. Have you texted him?" 

"Yes, ten minutes ago but he hardly responded. He just said 'you're cute' with a laughing emoji and a love heart." She shrugs before looking back at her phone once again. "Em! You're not listening to me...! He landed ages ago so why isn't he here yet. Do you think we should have bought a sign that has his name on? What if he can't see us or what if something happened and he lost his memory. What if the plane landed in another country but he hasn't even realized yet? What if-"

"Riley!" she snaps. "I'm pretty sure he's stable enough to know where he's going, I have a feeling his ears work perfectly fine for him to listen to the announcements being made and I have no doubt he'll remember what you look like," she says before pausing and then smiling, looking ahead of me. I raise an eyebrow.

"Em? You there?" I ask her. I wave my hand back and forth in front of her face until her eyes pull back to mine and she rolls her eyes at me. I'm about to say something else but then I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist from behind as the person's face nuzzles on my shoulder and into the crook of my neck.

"Missed me, babe?" he says. I smile, turning around in his arms and then jumping onto him as he spins me around in a large circle. I giggle rubbing my forehead against his.

"I missed you so much," I say quietly.

"I know you did. I missed you too, Riles." He smiles, moving his lips closer to mine and then kissing me for quite a while in the middle of the airport with my sister watching us, but instead of with hatred like she did a few months ago, it was in adoration although I could sense a tint of disgust too. She laughs a little as we kiss at first but then it's clear she was getting annoyed as we don't seem to stop.

"Okay, guys. I'm sure you've made a big enough impression for the entire airport to know you're together and know just how much you've missed each other, can we go now?" she states, her voice irritated. James and I ignore her for a few moments until he lets me down and holds me close to him as I place my hands on his chest and he wraps an arm around my waist.

"I hope you weren't dating any girls while you were away," I say, far from serious though. He chuckles, kissing the top of my head.

"Of course not. You're the only girl in my life, Ri. I love you and you know that."

"Mm. And when we go back I can show you just how much I love you, right?" I grin. 

"Of course you can. I've missed those incredibly good lips of yours." I roll my eyes and hit his chest lightly but he takes it as a quick advantage to kiss my lips once again and I reciprocate his actions, ignoring my sister's orders.

I love him. With all of my heart. And I won't ever let him go. Not in a million years.
