1.5. File Undyne

No ones POV

Livie was sorting out her files on those who still kepts going to her practice while also removing and relocating those who didnt need her practice anymore. Livie didnt look nor act like it but she was tired and relying on her golden liquid to stay awake throughout the entire day. She had thought those nightmares had finally stopped, but nothing was farther from the truth. They came back and even worser then before, she knew these nightmares were her own memories but now they went way back in her darkest of times. Because she relies on that golden liquid so much now, she once again stopped eating, yess she kept herself hydrated but the fear of falling asleep again made her a little paranoid that if she ate something that her body would take it's natural course for sleep. She suddenly gets snapped out of her thoughts by her phone wich was ringing, she picks up with a sigh of relief "this is livie speaking" "LIVIE" Undyne's voice suddenly pops up loudly through the phone "y-yess undyne?" she replied "you me woods now!" Undyne sais determined as Livie wanted to reply but Undyne hung up on her "oh for the love off..." she sighed as she places her phone back into her pocket.

~Few minutes later~

Livie finally found Undyne who was indeed in a wooded area but it was in a park "undyne...you could've told me you were in the park" Livie said in annoyance as she had to use her green magic to locate her. Undyne just laughs softly "sorry my bad, but now that you're finally here we can have a heart to heart!!" Livie was confused "you mean talking?" Undyne nodded. Livie was once again prepared for this as she was getting used to the routine of someone needing her help so much "so what is it you want to talk about?" she asks while her magic holds her clipboard and pen. Undyne took a really deep breath and then suddenly started to speak so quickly that her words became one jumbled mess as became a little dizzy from trying to figure out what in the world Undyne was trying to say to her. So in a rash decision Livie pulls Undyne down and pinches her lips togheter "undyne i appreciate that your so open...but...talk.slower.got.it!" Undyne nods as Livie realeses her lips "sheesh for something so small you can be pretty scary" Undyne then sais "s-sorry but your ultra fast speech made me dizzy" Livie replied wich made Undyne laugh. Livie smiles and looks up at her as she suddenly starts to walk "let's walk while we talk shall we?" Undyne follows her as she once again laughs "did you just rhyme?" "perhaps but now i want to know what you wanted to talk about so badly" Livie replied as Undyne looks straight ahead of her "these kind of talks dont come naturally to me, so i'll try my best" "that's all i ask of you" Livie replied. Undyne sighs heavely "back when we were in the underground and i was small, i was all alone. no familly, no friends, just nothing. but asgore took me in and that was after everything that had happend with his kids and with toriel" Undyne looks into the corner of her eye to see if Livie was still listening "i'm aware" she replied wich gave Undyne the comfirmation to continiue with her story. "i saw and still see asgore as a father figure, he trained me, raised me and even taught me so many things. yet even with all that i could not get a single friend" Undyne looks up at the sky "is that why you joined the royal guard?" Livie asks "yess and to my suprise i fit right in and mad atleest a couple of friends. but when the humans came i had to hurt them..." Undyne replied as Livie looks up at her "i'm sure you were just trying to defend those who were weaker then you". Undyne looks at Livie in suprise as Livie just smiled even more before she looked up at the sky "defending those who are weak or incapable of defending themselves isnt a bad thing, it's a good thing. i know that you must feel guilty for hurting them, but i know that not all humans are good. so there must've been some bad apples in those 6 humans" "uh well yeah you're right, there were ofcours some who went out of their way just to hurt someone for no reason and then you those who just surrendered not even tyring to pick a fight with anybody. i was dubbed the hero of monster kind and it was a pretty heavy title to bare" Undyne explained as Livie kept listening. "but when i mett papyrus, well that heavy burden became lighter as he showed me what true friendship means. even if he is the silliest skeleton in the entire underground" Undyne said fondly "when we were free i felt like my burden and all of my fears were lifted. it was also the day i finally confessed to Alphys in your house" Undyne sais as Livie looked up at Undyne absolutely suprised "wait what? you did that in my house? when? i wanna know now" Livie replied as Undyne starts to laugh and blush at the same time "look who's getting of topic now" Livie blushes softly and clears her throat "m-me? pfff no...c-continiue please...but you gotta tell me afterwards" Livie replied as Undyne kept laughing before she finally continiued "we live togheter now and everything is fine...but toriel just asked me if i wanted to be a sports teacher in her new school...and i just..." "you're afraid of hurting those kids arent you?" Livie asks as Undyne nods "undyne the past is in the past and i know for sure that you can handle those kids, besides they will get hurt from time to time" Livie sais "ON PURPOSE?!" Undyne yells as it startled Livie "n-no they dont do it on purpose, some are just very clumsy or accidents tend to happen" Livie replied quickly as she wanted to defuse whatever it went on in Undyne's mind. Undyne blinks "so they are basicly helpless?" Livie smile returned as she was glad that Undyne didnt think the worst "well...not really it's more like...eum" she was thinking reall hard until something poped up in her mind "it's basicly how asgore took you in, he was your father figure but also your teacher" "yeah but asgore was pretty soft on me when i was small" Undyne replied "and i know you can do the same thing. go soft on those kids with whatever it is you plan to teach these kids. sports, defence, attacks or just how to control their magic, you can do it all but treat them softly by your acts, but never stop beeing you" Livie then replied wich made Undyne realise that she was so worried about her strength that she had forgotten about the most important one 'restraint'. Undyne starts to laugh as Livie was confused "you know, i never would've thought that someone like you made me remember what my first lesson was. thanks for that" "o-oh oke well your welcome?" Livie replies. Livie then wanted to ask Undyne to explain what exactly happend in her house between Alphys and Undyne, but she suddenly felt drowsy as she could hear her soul beat throughout her body "y-you know i still have a ton of work to do, so i'll be heading home now" she sais wich took Undyne by suprise "oh really? didnt you wanna hear about-" Undyne was cut off by Livie suddenly leaving "sorry i cant, maybe next time!" she waves as Undyne stood there confused. Livie made sure she was out of sight before she took out her bottle with the golden liquid in it and took a single drop from it, that single drop powered her entire body with the energy she needed to make it through the day. She just hopes that at the end of it she can get a nights rest for once.
