Riley's POV:

I moan as I flip myself over and throw my head on my pillow, groaning for no specific reason. Maybe it's just fun to let out any anger left from the day before in the early morning, who knows what I was thinking.

"Tired?" I hear James chuckle. I turn my head onto the side to face him and see he had just been going through something on the laptop as he was sat up straight beside me. I nod and then he smiles at me before leaning down and kissing me on the cheek. I keep quiet for the short moment that it lasts, before going back to groaning. Pregnancy hormones really aren't something to mess with which is why James has been making sure not to trigger me so much more recently.

After my slight short-term temper, I sit up properly, pulling my knees up to my chest as I rest my head on his shoulder. "What are you doing?" I ask, looking at his screen but not being able to tell what was on there since I still wasn't fully awake.

"Searching for a job," he tells me. I forgot he's been looking for jobs lately. After the coffee shop down the street shut down because a new business was taking over, we all had to get new jobs. Except I'm still going to be going to Uni, but instead doing it from home. I'm not too sure how that'll work, but I'm sure I'll be able to manage.

"Anything catch your eye?" I ask him. He shrugs. To be honest, I'm not too sure what James would be interested in. In most jobs you need to have a degree in something to get it, the only other options he's sort of got left is working at a restaurant, pub bar, café, or hotel. But we've been wanting to avoid that since it's nowhere near enough hours or enough money, especially when we'll be bringing up a child. "I'm sure you'll find something," I tell him. He smiles a little but I could tell it wasn't a real one. I've been with James for over a year now. I know when he isn't been genuine. "Look at me, James," I command. He does just that and then I place my right hand on his cheek. "We will find something, don't even worry about it," I smirk.

He chuckles softly before pressing his lips on mine for a few seconds before kissing harder. He then climbs over the top of me, pushing me down before removing his lips and moving down to my stomach. I giggle as he lifts my t-shirt up and then hovers his lips over my bare, swollen skin, mumbling a bunch of words I can't actually understand but can comprehend that he's saying sweet nothings.

After that, he moves back up, kissing my lips yet again, refusing to stop. I don't complain though. That is until... "Oh, come on you guys!" Jasper whines. James roughly pulls back and then we both turn to see Jasper standing there with one hand covering his eyes. "Are you done yet?"

"Yup," James finalizes. He looks down and smirks at me still though as Jasper removes his hand.

"Mum's asking when you'll come downstairs. She wants to talk to you both about the wedding or something," he groans. I try to hide my eye-roll but I can't. It's not that I don't want to get married anymore, but I just don't know if it's something I want so early. We're still young. We don't have to rush into something so eagerly. But then at the same time, I don't really have the heart to tell James and the rest of his family that... I don't want to break his heart especially since he put so much thought into it when he proposed.

"You can tell her we'll be down in a few," he tells his brother who was still startled from watching us kiss - honestly, it shouldn't even be that much of a surprise anymore. James is kissing me 24/7 now.

"You better," Jasper huffs. He purposefully leaves the door open before walking off, leaving James and I alone once again. I sigh as I turn myself over and flip my legs over the edge of the bed whilst James climbs off by backing up and getting off at the bottom like a little boy. I slide my feet into my slippers and then stand up, but without a smile on my face. Somehow talking about wedding plannings are so much more stressful than I thought they would be.
