Authors POV
Once upon a time, in a land far away, lived an old hag. The hag has been around for millions of years. (Weird right?) Anyway, the hag has lived this long because of a flower. No not just an ordinary flower, a magical flower. All the hag would have to do is sing a song to the flower, and she would be young again.
Meanwhile, in a kingdom not far from the flower, lived a king and queen. And the Queen was going to have a child! But, she was sick. Very sick. The kind of sick that only a magical flower can heal.
Guards searched and searched. No sign. Until one guard found it. They quickly dug up the flower and crushed it up so the queen could eat it. Then she was healed. And a beautiful baby girl was born. Her name was Rapunzel. And she had the most beautiful long, blond, locks of hair.
One day, the old hag went to go make herself young again. When she got to the flower, There was nothing.
"WHAT?!"
Then she knew. The queen magically becoming healed again... The princess actually being born... And the golden hair.
"The princess..." the hag said.
