chapter 36

He was sitting down on the floor of the shower while I washed his body. Once I was done, I dried him with towel before I dressed him up in athlete shirt and some sweats.

"You want socks while you're sleeping?" I asked helping him lay on the bed.
"Nah."
"Okay. I'll be right back."

I quickly did my business in bathroom before going back to room. Jaden was laying in his bed while searching for something on TV. But my couch was moved next to his bed again.

"You moved the couch?" I asked, making him hum in response.

"Why would you do that?"
"Cuz I want you to lay next to me."
"Well yeah, but I could've do it. You still need to recover Jaden."
"Yeah, well I did it and now what?" He said as smirk played on his face, thinking he did something.

"What are we watching?"
"New Orleans."
"Yayy."

I got comfortable on the couch watching the TV, but I could feel him staring at me.

"Whacha staring at pretty boy?"
"Can we cuddle? You can lay here with me and put your head here." He looked at me with his pleading eyes as he tapped his tummy.

I wish I could, but I don't wanna be too heavy for him.

"You can only lay here." I said moving on his bed patting my chest.

"Yeah, that'd be fine, but then I can't have you in my arms."
"Welp."
"Please."
"No, I don't wanna be heavy on you." He shot his head looking right in my eyes.
"Don't talk bullshit Lex. C'mon, I promise if you get 'too heavy' I'll tell you." I groaned and laid down on his belly.

He stroked my hair and played with my braids, making me feel sleepy. I love when someone's playing with my hair.

"Hey, guys." I heard somebody say while shaking me.

I hummed opening my eyes realizing I fell asleep on Jaden's belly.

"Hey, Kevin is coming in half of hour, you guys should get up and get ready, we're going home soon." I got up from Jaden's belly rubbing my eyes.

"Thank you for waking me up, I'll pack everything and wake him up." I told Amy, making her nod.

"Of course, call me if you need help with anything, I'll be back when Kevin comes. Do you want coffee? I was about to get one."
"Uh yeah, that would be amazing."
"Okay, I'll bring it here in the room whne I'm back."
"Okay, thank you." She nodded smiling and left the room.

"Jae, baby," I said shaking him a bit, "Jae, you gotta get up, we're going home soon."
"Thank God." He said under his breath.

I left to bathroom to wash my teeth and face, while Jaden was doing his stuff too.

"Guys, are you here?" I heard Amy say knocking on the doors frame of our room.
"Yeah." I walked out the bathroom.
"Hey, here's your coffee. I didn't take Jaden one, not sure if he is allowed to drink it." She said smiling and handing me my coffee.

"Thank you. I'm gonna quickly pack everything."
"Okay, you want me to help? John will take everything to the car with Bryce."
"No, it's not needed. There's not many stuff to pack, I kept everything in bags."
"Okay then, I'll be back soon to see what Kevin has to say and then we are going home."
"Okay."
"Oh, hey momma." Jaden said as he walked out of the bathroom.
