Izuku

"What?" I say glancing at the judgemental hawk.

"I just don't like the colors" Taka stated.

"It's the schools uniform"

"I'm sure Nedzu and the staff would change it in a heartbeat if you asked." She said flying over to the bed.

"No, they've already modified my uniforms enough. I don't need special treatment."

"I hope you meet a turtle or something next" Ōkami suddenly said.

"Why?" I tilt my head.

"So you can breathe underwater," he said like it was the most obvious thing.

"I hate being in large masses of water"

"It's probably because we're land animals and you have our DNA," Taka added.

"I...w-want...M-more...friends!" Tokage said smiling as much as a lizard could.

"You're getting better at communicating" Ōkami praised gently placing his paw on the reptile's head.

I picked Tokage up placing him on my shoulder, "I'll try to find you some more friends ok? How about a fish?" He nodded rapidly and I chuckled.

Someone knocked on my door opening it. Dad peeked his head in once he knew I was dressed.

"You got everything you need?" Aizawa asked.

I nodded, "Yes"

"What about energy?"

"I went out earlier this morning and last night"

"How about the uniform? It's not uncomfortable, right? They modified it how you asked?" He rambled on.

"Dad I'm fine. Everything is perfect."

"Sorry, I just know being around so many unfamiliar people will be hard for you. We don't need you attacking students on the first day." He chuckled walked over and placed his hand on my head.

"I'll be fine. You're my homeroom teacher and Shoto and Toshi are in my class right?"

"Yup, you really lucked out huh?" He smiled at me and my tail swayed happily.

"Yup, can I sit with Auntie while I wait for school to start?" I asked.

"I don't see why not. I'm sure she won't mind. I think she has something for you anyway." He shrugged.

"Ok," I said softly.

"Oh yeah, hawks stopped by a few minutes ago with the stuff. I'll clean your wings later tonight." He said as I nodded.

I can't wear a hoodie so that sucks. I also can't wear the blazer properly because of my wings. It's too much work trying to get it on. I put on a black face mask with Plus Ultra in bold white letters. Ōkami, Taka, and Tokage slip into my shadow as I grab my bag. I walk out of the room behind Dad. I grab a granola bar before going to the fridge and grabbing Tokage's snack bag.
