Izuku

"Ok, today we are putting you in 11 groups of two. We'll be putting you with people you don't talk to or interact with. As a class, you all need to be able to work together. We're going to focus on bonding and teamwork today. You will all be put into a labyrinth.

Each pair will start out in separate sections. Each section leads to the same place. You must unlock several doors to reach the center of the labyrinth. Once the whole class is in the center you will all work together to get out." Aizawa explained.

Nezu popped out of his scarf, "I know some of you are disappointed you won't be working with All Might today. He got called in last minute to do some hero work. Today's training was my idea so it won't be easy." Nezu grinned at me when he said the last part.

I mentally sighed. This probably won't be hard for me. I have faith in Nezu though so it just might.

"Ok here are the pairs. Group 1 Sero and Koda. Group 2 Bakugo and Asui. Group 3 Mina and Izuku. Group 4 Yaoyorozu and Kirishima. Group 5 Kaminari and Gaikoku. Group 6 Todoroki and Sato.

Group 7 Hagakure and Aoyama. Group 8 Tokoyami and Mineta. Group 9 Jiro and Iida. Group 10 Ojiro and Shinso. Group 11 Hōseki and Shoji." Aizawa read out the randomly picked names.

(I accidentally added Uraraka but then I remembered😭)

Mina walked over to me making Toshi and Shoto eye her. I glanced at her using my quirk.

"Uh, do you know sign language?" Shinso asked.

"Yeah! I had a friend whose quirk prevented her from speaking" She said and Todoroki nodded.

I saw Dad out of the corner of my eye and glanced in his direction. He motioned for me to come over and I obeyed. Nezu struggled to get off Dad's shoulder. I reached up carefully grabbed him and placed him on the ground.

"Thank you Izuku! I'm sorry we couldn't put you with Shinso or Todoroki." He apologized.

"It's fine"

"Will you be ok with Mina? I know loud and energetic people tend to annoy you." Aizawa patted my head.

A memory of me kicking and almost biting pops when we first met flashed through my mind. I almost broke his foot but he said it was ok. Dad must have known what I was thinking about because he crouched down do he was my height.

"Izu it's fine we know it wasn't your fault. Zashi still feels bad for scaring you that day. He even wears a quirk-cancelling bracelet at home so he isn't too loud," Dad chuckled " I promise he feels worse than you about what happened."

I nodded and he stood back up, "So do you think you can work with her?" He asked.

"She's not a threat and knows sign language. I think I can manage for now." I sign and he nods.

"We're about to start so you can go back over" Nezu patted my back.

I walked over and Shoto was slightly glaring at Mina. I lightly tugged his sleeve and he looked down at me. I gave him a look and he chuckled patting my head. Why do people like to pat my head?
