"Actually, I don't get it. It's too easy. I know the current owner she wouldn't let this place unguarded. Especially if the vault is here" Cross eyes scanned the place. Well, it just look like a normal room with the sofas and stuff but at the end of the room there's a medium sized vault. He has a point.

Cross was about to step in when I stopped him with my hands. I narrowed my eyes as I take a closer look at the place. 

"Wait" I got my face powder from my bag and opened it.  I blew on it hard and the powder quickly flew on the room and that's where the red lasers revealed itself. It looked like a cat played with a red yarn all over the place.  

"Shit. I thought right" I heard Cross mutter. I accidentally dropped the face powder and it sliced into two as it passed into a line of those things. Wow. The owner really did a great and deadly job at this. I give it to her. 

I looked around and thank God there was no cameras but at the end of the room at the side of the vault there's a switch. Guess that's the off button for this thing. But it was too far away, throwing at it isn't on the options since these things looked like it could slice through anything. I don't even know how it is possible. tor

"I'll do it" I say casually as if there was nothing to be worried about. I should be but I really have a hard time identifying my emotions. 

"No. It's too dangerous" He cautiously looked at the red lasers sprawled all over the room in every corner. 

"I'll do it because I can do it. I'm small and flexible, with your build you won't make it" I say a matter of factly as I handed him my purse. I  torn the hem of my dress up to my hegs because it was a little too tight as Cross looks away. There was now a long slit on the side of the dress.  I tossed my stilletoes aside as I stretched my limbs for a while. "I'll just be careful with those laser thingys. Besides, I've done this before. It's easy as taking a walk on the park"

I jumped on the first ray and bend down careful not to hit the second one that's just above my head. I silently gulped. Wow, I nearly lost my head from these things. I slowly made my way through the second one careful not to cut my head off. I'd lie if I say I'm not fucking nervous now. Shitty shit.

I froze when suddenly the lasers moved. 

Oh my holy motherfucker. 

I bend down on the floor as it moved above me. 

"Get the fuck out of there Misaki!"

I focused on my breathing. I'll dance my way through this mess. Literally. I tiptoed on my toes and jumped through the third one like I was dancing Swan Lake.

Tiptoe. Jump. Plie.  Arch your body. Repeat. Everything went smooth unexpectedly and I glided past the rays swiftly but surely .I did a summersault and a pirouette on the last part and spinned as I posed the last stance as if it was the ending of the dance in a ballet class. I pressed the button and the laser things went off as I made a bow.

I looked at Cross whose jaw was dropped on the floor.

"I cant believe you just did that?" he was beyond shocked. 

"Of course. There's nothing I can't do" I flipped my hair and winked at him. Pero inside I was really thinking "shit. Fuck. I could have died i AM SHAKING SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT"

"Now,  come here" I pointed my finger at the vault casually as I tried on calm myself inside. He quickly approached me  and inspected the vault. It was like those old times vault. There's no need for a fingerprint, I think we should just like turn the wheel thing. Cross tried it but it didn't budge an inch. 

"Damn. I can't do it"

I took a closer look and realized that at the front of the big wheel-like knob there's something carved on the center. 

It was shaped like Moms necklace. I mean, Cross' Mom's necklace.

"Do you think-

Without being told I removed the necklace from my neck and faced the wheel-like handle. The moment I put it in, the vault sliced into two and something came out off there inside a glass box. It opened automatically and we found another map. Another map? Another trouble. Cross picked the map at and looked at it for a second. 

"I hope this will be the last map though" he says quietly, hope evident on his voice. 

"I think so" I reply as I pulled his mom's necklace. The compartment went back and the vault's slice closed.

"Guys, is it still not over? You need help?" Daniel says through the earpiece.

"No need Daniel, we're done. We're coming up"

"Let's celebrate! Cheers!"

We cheered and I gulped the tequila from my glass as I bit on the lemon with salt. I closed my eyes as I felt the burning liquid slid through my system. Shit. I feel dizzy already. After we successfully retrieved the map we decided to celebrate a little. 

"Take it slow Misaki, we can't repeat what you did the last time you got drunk" Cross blocks my hands from reaching for another glass. 

"Eh what happened though?" I ask curiously with a hiccup. Geez I can't stop. Why am I the hiccup type of drunk. This is embarrassing. His gaze went down to my lips and his cheeks tinged pink a little.

"Nothing. Nevermind" he muttered and avoided my gaze. I shrugged. Whatever.

"Daaaanieelllll! Give me that!" I protested when he snatched the glass from my hands. 

"This is mine now" he chuckled and chugged the liquid down his throat. I smacked the back of his head hard. 

"God, woman!!"

"Get your own drink bruh" I glared at him and ordered another shot.

"Misaki, did you know you're the most-

"Beautiful?" I cut him off and smiled smugly as I gulped the tequila down my system. 

He shook his head. "Most-

"Sexy?" I wiggled my eyebrows. That was supposed to be sexiest right?

"You're more of a gorilla woman" he laughed at the grim expression on my place. Nah-uh he should be afraid by now not laughing. 

"You don't want to see daylight?" I was about to attack him when Cross again, stops me. 

"Misaki, stop" 

"Don't stop me I'll beat the hell out of him!"

I felt like I was explode in anger as he was just laughing there. I stopped thrashing around when I felt weird on my stomach it was too late to stop myself as I threw up at Daniel. Daniel stood there frozen. His face was funny. I smirked.

"Ew! Misaki!" He high-pitched screamed.  I laughed a while as my vision blurred and everything went black. The last thing I remembered was me swinging through the air as someone carried me and Daniel's scream on the background.
