Katrina's P.O.V.
Piers and I had met in the BSAA training academy, when we were teenagers. We were instant friends, but that soon became more. Hearing Piers had died was like dying myself. I had gotten the news exactly one month ago.
I walked slowly into the Chinese BSAA base. We were helping the city recuperate from the C-virus attacks. I hate it all. This mess killed my best friend. Now everyone treats me oddly, and I don't want their sympathy. I am a top-ranking BSAA agent for god's sake. I was jumbled in my thoughts when I looked up and saw Captain speaking to a boy who, from the back, looked just like Piers. I kept walking for a minute until Captain pointed at me. The unknown boy turned his head to me. Piers. No it can't be. Suddenly without thinking we ran down the hall to eachother. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he spun me, not caring about the people staring or the fact that my swinging feet just knocked a stack of discs down.
"Piers I don't believe it, I have so many questions" I stated breathily.
"Later, because for now we have to focus on our new mission."
