I got home that night smiling. I just couldn't help it. Something about that kiss made my heart paint sunshine's. Although I'm so in love with Duncan I still couldn't trust him. I couldn't play with his emotions so I made it my mission to tell him. I know that he poured his heart out to me but there was still a sense of doubt in me. He still had sex with another woman an hour or so after breaking up and that pulled on my heart strings. I couldn't be mad at him forever and I so badly didn't want to.

I arranged to meet him after school at the park. Easy enough right? As soon as eighth period ended I speeded to the park. I waited for a few minuets before seeing his handsome face turn up. "Hey Duncan" I greeted him. "Hey princess" he half said as he kissed my forehead. "Duncan we need to talk" "Hm" he responded. "Duncan I love you, I really do, but I just can't trust you. Seriously, how many girls have you cheated on and then the second they take you back you immediately give them a reason to hate you again?" I said with a little too much enthusiasm. "Princess, Is that seriously what you think of me-" he took a deep breath. "As long as I can put together a sentence I can hold a relationship. I'm not going to rush you. I know what I did and I'm willing to wait for you".
