It had been a full week and it was time for our three day break. The guys had been working on their assignment hard and DJ had even come close to an A. As Geoff promised, we were going to have a party that night. I was ready, finally some time to fully relax with everyone. Bridgette, Court and I had been taking time on our makeup and dresses.

It was a known fact that we had to look the best. Obviously.  It was also a known fact that we were a tad "overdressed" but anyone who knows me is aware that I even have trouble understanding what that word means. Anyway, we arrived early because of Courtney which I quite didn't mind actually because all the exquisite italian cuisine that was spread across the table. Geoff really outdid himself. The party started at seven and DJ greeted us into the room very politely. After our iconic trio followed Noah, Cody, and Alejandro. My icy cold plan to distance myself from him was not working. I wanted to enjoy myself at this party because it was senior year. I had time to break up with him after this. I wasn't planning on leaving Italy still in a romantic way with him. Courtney and Duncan were sharing saliva dancing to amazing songs while Bridgette and Geoff were enjoying each other's company on the lounge. Noah I believe was listening to Cody's rant about how Riverdale is one big conspiracy theory, however I couldn't actually tell because he was banging his head on the sink. DJ was trying to make sense of Cody's theory by nodding his head every once in a while to show he was still listening. Oh and Blainely, she wasn't supervising. Like again we weren't surprised. Principal McLean and Chef popped in a few times to make sure everything was running PG, which it definitely wasn't. We didn't think it was a problem because he gave us the OK to continue the party. Sometimes I question that school. I was just having awkward conversation with Al the whole time, and I thought he caught onto the thought that I wasn't truly paying attention. Which hurt so so so so so much .

The party started to thin out towards eleven. Courtney and Duncan were in deep conversation with DJ, Cody was hanging out with Bridgette and Noah was attempting to bond with Geoff after Bridgette's begging. And yet again, Al and I were in somewhat conversation. I wasn't used to how awkward our relationship was right then. I mean, we had always been very stable until I wanted to check in with myslef. Stupid Leshawna and her advice. Things were like I just described very poorly and Geoff had the "amazing" idea to play a game. Gee I wonder how that turned out.
"Guys, this party is totally dead, we need some fun!" He said in his  natural beach boy lingo.
"Well what did you have in mind?" Courtney asked. "Anything, we can literally do anything!" Suddenly Blainely chirped up giving her first two senses "Okay you can do anything, but since I'm totally supervising, it needs to be legal, yes I'm looking at you Duncan" she said as she pointed two fingers to her eyes and the punk. He just rolled his eyes. I'm pretty sure everyone agreed to play "seven minutes in heaven". "Oh goody" I said underneath my breath. The game is basically like spin the bottle except you go in the closet with whoever you land on for seven minutes.

a/n just thought of a bad Noah joke 😃✍️

The first few spins landed on Bridge and Duncan, who wholesomely came out laughing and snorting. DJ and Geoff who were pretending to kiss making smooch faces and Noah and Courtney who came out cackling. I thought to myself "this might be a good night actually". My joy was cut short when the stupid bottle landed on Alejandro. Perfect. Of course I was okay with it but I wasn't over the moon, remember, I still had the plan to break up with him. I plastered on a fake smile and we walked into the cold wardrobe. It had been around one minute when I said "only six minutes left!" a little too excitedly. It became silent and chilly in there after my "smart" thinking and Alejandro noticed I was getting a little frosty. "Here" he said smoothly while getting his jacket off. I was in the middle of saying "listen we need to-" when his jacket got caught onto my necklace from how close we were due to the smallness of the closet. I put on a false laugh until it became real. He had this way on me. That's why it was so hard to let him go. He looked so happy when he smiled so I knew it was going to sting like a bitch when I broke up with him eventually.

Then, something unexpected happened, well actually expected because we were playing seven minutes in heaven, but you get the point. Our lips brushed  against each other accidentally. We giggled and went back into the kiss. I was actually enjoying myself. It felt so magical and I forgot why I was was going to break up with this perfect man. He broke away for a second. "Hey what were you going to tell me before?" The handsome latino asked. "I can't remember" I responded. And it was true. I forgot everything in that moment. And I said so, so stupidly when things began getting heated "let's go to my room". We snuck through the party, who had forgotten about the game and continued dancing to disco. Very surprising. Noah must've chose the songs. Proud of him to be honest.

I wasn't thinking of tomorrow, or the next day, or the day after that. I was only focusing on Alejandro and that special moment. Which I definitely won't forget.

a/ NOT ME FORGETTING ABOUT BRODY JAKAOSSOL SORRY. This chapter was extremely rushed even though there are 1027 words, I wasn't even focusing half the time lol I just wanted to get on with the chapter which may not come out tomorrow due to my relative passing away last week. I promise I will manage to shit out some good content in a few days lolz.
