Chapter 3: Sleep Over

Sirius shook James awake, "Get up! Get up get up get UP!" he hissed in his ear.

"Augh.." James rubbed his eyes with his hand, "What the fuck Pads?" Sirius threw his head back groaning, "Remus just tried getting us because he has a shift at the library in like ten minutes! Now get the hell up!"

"Fuck you really are whipped! You just met the bloke and you are already in love." Jame grinned before breaking out into laughter at Sirius annoyed expression.

"I'll admit, he's not bad on the eyes but i've no clue who he is. Now shut up and get dressed." Sirius winked at James before leaving the guest room that they were sharing.

"Oh Remus.. Rem Rem boyy-" Sirius called as he left the room, James heard a cackle before a deeper voice said "Yes my dearest?" He could feel the smile cutting across his face before he rolled back over.

"LILY!" James shouted as they enter the library, getting yelled at by Mrs McGonagall.

"You're here one day and already own the place." Remus smirked at James before looking down, shaking his head.

"Potter? Why does it seem to you that we are best friends now?" Lily raised her perfect eyebrow as he walked up to the desk she is sitting at.

"That's not it!" James throws his hands on the desk, "I'm trying to make it seem like we're SOULMATES!" he whined.

"Yeah, soulmates." Lily rolled her eyes chuckling.

"Oh don't tell me you're falling for Evens.." Remus groaned, turning to walk behind the counter dragging his feet.

"Oh you big baby" Sirius said in a mock child voice.

"Definitely!" Remus narrowed his eyes at Sirius before a big crooked smile broke across his face and he disappeared again behind a book.

Sirius' insides turned to mush, you know how people always talk about those butterflies? Sirius always thought that was the biggest load of bullshit ever. That cheesy shit was super dumb.. But in that moment that he saw Remus' smile? God he's knee's were wobbly.

"Sirius you're staring again, I swear to god the world can go one day without you being your super mega gay badass." James buried his head into his hands making a fake cry sound.

"James-" Sirius fell down sitting crisscross, "You always have to bring that up, huh?"

"Wait.. staring? At Remus? Oh my god you like Remmy! Moons did ya hear that?" Lily was jumping now, voice higher than normal, looking awfully excited.

"I heard he's gay? I don't know how i have anything to do with that." Remus flushed before hiding his face behind the book once more.

"You are no fun Remus Lupin, no fun." Lily sighed, picking up a stack of books and walking over to a shelf to sort them.

"Anyway," James spun around to follow after Lily.

"I'm sorry. I, he, we.. yeah-" Sirius struggled to put his thoughts into words and to be honest, he struggled to put words into his thoughts.

"No need, i've not a clue what you'd be sorry for?" Remus peered up from his book and making eye contact with Sirius. "If you're gay, you're gay. No discussion. If i'm the one who made you realize you're gay, i'm flattered but i don't really think that's it." Remus laughed, closing the book. "Here, read this so you don't get bored." Remus handed Sirius a book before picking up a different stack and walking towards some shelves.

"Is it too late to tell you i don't read?" Sirius called after the taller of the two but all he received back was a thick laugh.
