He was staring at me so close tipong wala na kaming private space while he was holding both of my cheeks.
"I love you, Therisita. I will always love you. Even when the day comes that you will lose that love for me. I will make a way for you to love me back again and again. I might not be there with you physically but I will always be there in your heart." he said while staring at my eyes.
"I'm sorry if I need to leave early. But, I promise you that we will see each other again, mate" I closed my eyes as he kissed me.
I woke up crying. Ang sakit sakit naman nung panaginip ko na 'yun parang totoo so I decided to call Jio.
Umiiyak pa din ako while waiting for Jio to pick up the call. "Mm.. mate? you okay?" he sounds groggy.
Now, I feel bad that I woke him up too early "sorry, mate. I just had a bad dream." I said while trying to calm myself.
"Hey, hey, it is okay. We can talk until you feel better. I am here, mate. Don't cry" he comforted me. I sighed. I wish he is physically here with me so he can hug me.
Jio never fails to make me feel better whenever I feel weary. There's something about him that whenever I hear his voice or just simply talking to him makes me feel at ease. That's one of many things I love about him.
We talked about my dream and he assured me that nothing bad will happen and it is just a stupid dream so he divert thetopicc so I will not think of it anymore. Then, he sings I will be here by Steven Chapman. He used to sing this to me because it is one of our favorite classic songs.
"I will be true to the promise I have made. To you and to the One who gave you to me"
Jio always knows what to do whenever I feel uneasy.
"I....I will be here"
I just close my eyes as he continues singing.
"And just as sure as seasons are made for change. Our lifetimes are made for years"
His voice is like a lullaby to me which makes me fall asleep.
"So, I... I will be here... We'll be together"
After he sings, he murmurs sweet nothings to me and I fall asleep peacefully with the thought of him hugging behind me.

I bid goodbye to my parents while the phone is still in my right ear.
"Mate, don't worry. I will be fine. We will be going now. I will message you when we reach school. I love you" Jio said and I can hear Jia's voice in the background.
"Wala man lang I love you too?" he asked because I didn't respond.
"Silly, aga aga cheesy ka nanaman" I giggled.
Syempre kilig naman din si ako kahit napaka-korny ng boyfriend ko.
"I am waiting." he said in a teasing manner. I can hear Jia's voice shouting at him to go inside the car and knowing Jio he will just laugh it out whenever his twin sister will be grumpy. I smiled as I heard him laughing.
Ewan ko ba, I just love everything he does maliit man 'yun or malaki. "I love you too. Take care. Sige na alis na kayo. Magagalit nanaman 'yung kakambal mo" i told him while going inside my own car.
"You too, take care. I love you so much." He said I can always feel his sincerity whenever he will tell me that he loves me.
"Jio, tama na lande. Come on. We are gonna be late" I heard Jia shouting at him before the call ends.
