"Yes! Hi Monica oh my god- thank you for calling" I freak out
I tap pietro mercilessly trying to wake him up
*-I work with SWORD. A division of shield. I was just brought onto a case that revolves around Wanda, we believe something has happened to her. I don't know much more than that yet but I know we would all appreciate it if you and Pietro would come here and help-*
"Yes, Of course. We will definitely come and help. Can you send me your coordinates?" I ask
Pietro opens his eyes and I shake him up
*-Of course, thank you. I'll meet you there-*
I hang up and almost scream
"Pietro!" I yell
"Who was that!?" He asks sitting up
The phone buzzes with a message containing coordinates
"They know where your sister is!" I shout showing him the coordinates
We quickly get dressed and ready to leave
"I would go with you kids, but I've got the family, and a little business of my own here." Clint nods
"Here! Before you go" Laura brings us some food for the ride
"Thank you both so much!"
We say our goodbyes and get on the jet to fly to the coordinates
"New Jersey?" I look at Pietro
"Beats me" he shrugs
"What could she be doing there?" I think
It's a bit of a ride until the plane touches down.
I see a group of black cars sitting outside of the entrance road to the town of Westview
A man walks over as we come out of the jet
"Hi, y/n Stark. I'm looking for Monica Rambeau" I wave to the man
"Y/n, Pietro. Glad to see you, big fan.. Sorry to tell you, you're about 5 minutes late on seeing Monica" he says nervously
"What are you talking about??" Pietro asks
"Boy do you need to get caught up." The man sighs
We stand by the cars on the road now staring into the town
The man who we now know as Jimmy Woo is telling us the whole story.
"Sheriff from the town over says Westview doesn't exist" Woo explains
"Doesn't exist?" I ask
"Isn't it right there?" Pietro nods
"That's what I said. Apparently not" Woo shrugs
"Go on" I nod
"See like Monica and I said, it's not a missing persons case. It's a missing town." Woo says
"And I'm sure she asked why you haven't gone in yet" I look at the town
"She did exactly that. And like I told her, the town doesn't want me to" Woo looks at the town cautiously
"Can't you feel that?" Pietro looks at the town like he sees something we don't
"What is it piet?" I ask since I'm worried what he's talking about
"It's her" he nods taking a step closer
Woo grabs his arm
"See, I can't let either of you near it" he says worriedly
