Infinity war!!
Today is Tuesday, just like any other school day dad wakes us all up to eat.
"Come on dad class is canceled today" Harley yawns walking out of his room with a blanket around him
"Pete still has school so we are still getting up to eat" dad pats Harley towards the kitchen
"Morning" I grumble waiting for the coffee machine to be done
"Hey guys" peter smiles coming out wearing a shirt with a pun about lettuce on it
"Anything Cool going on today kid?" Dad asks
"Field trip actually" peter smiles excitedly
"That sounds fun" I yawn
"Can we eat?" Harley whines laying his head on the table
"Just a moment your highness" dad bows making peter and I laugh
After breakfast peter leaves so it's just us three.
"Y/n wanna go out? Get some air or something?" Dad asks
"Sure sounds fun" I shrug
"I'm going back to bed" Harley laughs a little
"see ya later then nerd." I poke him
"Go away" he chuckles
"Love you kid" dad says grabbing his jacket and phone
"Love you too dad" Harley mumbles closing his door
Dad and I go out and we end up in the park
"So When exactly is Steve coming home?" I ask
"Y/n I have to tell you something... you can't tell the boys" dad says lowly
"Oh? Um yeah of course dad" I say concerned
"Steve has been allowed to come home for some time now.. but he hasn't. I've tried to contact him but I never get a response" dad says in a sad tone
"Dad... why didn't you tell me" I sigh
"I don't know if he doesn't want to come back or if he has just left us for good." Dad shakes his head
"Wow- this is crazy" I say a little angry now
"I know" dad sighs
"I'm gonna find him and give him a piece of my mind" I scoff
"Y/n let's talk about this later." Dad says hushing me
"Fine. Instead let's talk about your new arc reactor" I say and dads face goes blank
"Ohhhh you mean this" he says nonchalantly opening his jacket
"Yeah. That new one you got a few weeks ago. The one that replaces the one you got taken out!" I cross my arms
"I didn't want to stress you. I got it out and I'm okay. Alright? This is just a housing for nanoparts" he explains
"Next time you have a life changing operation, you tell your family!!" I say sternly
"Alright I will Okay. I had the surgery this one is just to protect us okay?" He smiles
"Okay dad I get it" I nod understandingly
He puts his arm around me for a hug when suddenly Orange sparks start spiraling out of nowhere
"What the hell?" Dad mutters
