There have been many challenges Avis has faced just in the past few weeks alone but having to fight and most likely kill her foster sister was definitely the one that made her doubt. Doubt if she was really on the right side of things. Sure, she always knew Reid was a little different, maybe even not a totally good person. But she never thought anything would ever come of it.

Avis never could have predicted she would have teamed up with the literal Devil. But here she was.

After teleporting herself to the front of the Institute, Avis took a minute to collect herself. She didn't think it would be that difficult taking out Reid, after all her powers couldn't affect her. The real issue would be if Lucifer showed up to protect his new toy.

"What you need to meditate first or something?" The sudden sound of Reid's voice behind her made Avis grab her keychain from her pocket. Reid simply looked at the keychain a little amused, which wasn't helping Avis' confidence about this plan.

"Reid. Funny I thought Lucifer would have you attached to his...well you know" She glanced down to Reid's crotch area causing the girl to roll her eyes

"Wow you're hilarious you know that?" Avis smirked and adjusted her grip on the keychain

"I try. Now can we get this going cause I have a fallen angel with an attitude problem to kill" She was about to move forward and knock Reid out when the sound of wings fluttering behind her caught her attention "Cas, Dean, Sam, Jasper? What the fuck are you doing here?!"

But when Avis searched for a response she was met with empty stares; it was very unsettling. Avis walked closer, waving her hand in front of them but none had a reaction.

"Ah frak" Avis muttered, and Reid smirked

"You didn't think this was going to be easy did you Ace?"

"I was kinda hoping," Avis admitted, attempting to think of a solution to this that involved no death. It wasn't looking too good.

"Well sucks for you. My powers aren't so useless after all" Reid stepped back as Avis' friends began circling her. The problem here was simple, Avis didn't want to hurt them. Sure, she could easily kill them all without a second thought, but she wasn't Lucifer. Plan B.

Jasper stepped forward first, and Avis couldn't help but think back to when they had escaped and the poor guy couldn't even use a gun right.

"Sorry Jasp" She muttered, punching him swiftly in the face. Jasper fell down to the ground, not getting back up.

"Ok, that was lame," Reid commented from the sidelines and rolled her eyes, next Dean and Sam approached her

"You guys are stronger than her...come on!" Both boys began trying to land punches. Sam landed one, which Avis quickly returned barely being able to reach his head. Dean, on the other hand, had taken his gun out and started shooting at her.

Avis raised her hand and Dean was sent flying backwards by a wave of water. While he was trying to get his bearings, Sam grabbed Avis by the hair and crashed her head into his knee. Before she could retaliate, Cas blasted her back with a force of power. Avis went flying a few feet, landing on the ground with a thud.

"Fuck this." Her eyes glowed blue and Avis slammed her hand against the ground. Suddenly everything around them began violently shaking. When all three had lost their balance, Avis started moving her hands in a circular motion. Water began surrounding Sam and Dean until there was about an 8-foot tall whirlpool. Avis then made a fist and the water turned to ice, forming a wall the boys couldn't punch through. She then looked at Castiel and tried to think of what to do.

Before she could come up with a plan, Castiel had regained his balance. He came at Avis with a few punches that felt like the equivalent of getting hit by 5 trucks. Avis struggled to catch her breath and stumbled a bit. She sent a few punches back his way and held her hand out to her side.

When a large icicle had formed, Avis stabbed it through his leg, visibly cringing. She then pushed Castiel to the ground and hovered above him, holding his arms and legs down.

"Come on Cas! I know you can fight this..." She was about to give up, try to think of a way to knock him out or stall him long enough to take his grace when suddenly his eyes closed "What the hell?"

Reid had been watching from the side, enjoying the show. Especially the parts where Avis was getting brutally punched, but the second she saw Castiel's eyes closed, the girl tried running for the hills. But Avis pulled herself off Cas and ran after her.

She took out her keychain, flipping it two times before it morphed into a bow and arrow. She stopped running for a second and aimed the arrow at Reid's leg, releasing it. The second it went through Reid's leg, she screamed out in pain and stopped running.

Avis pushed her so that she was leaning on her arm looking up at her. Avis flipped the bow in her hand twice, and it morphed into a sword. She reluctantly pointed it at Reid.

"Please. I know I hurt you but working with Lucifer? Hurting and controlling innocent people? This isn't you Reid" Avis pleaded with her foster sister, but Reid let out a pained laugh

"How would you know who I am? You left me!" Avis was taken back a bit, but something began crushing inside her. As if what she had been pushing down, all that anger and regret was about to burst out of her

"Are you shitting me right now?" Reid went wide-eyed, expecting a much different response "Oh boohoo I left you alone with your rich dad and happy family. I had just found out I was the daughter of a God and recruited to become a soldier to literally kill people for him! But you're right, your problems seem like a perfect excuse to team up with Satan" Avis laughed, even though she didn't find this situation remotely funny "I can't believe I was actually starting to feel bad for you...Gods. You're even nuttier than I thought" She knew at this point she was just being a bitch, but who cares?

"You can't talk to me like that!" Reid was clearly offended, not that Avis cared, and tried bringing herself into a more upright position "I might just be your last stop before taking on Lucifer, but that doesn't mean I can't give your life a little extra...spice" She began smirking and Avis raised an eyebrow

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I still have control over your friends' mind Ace. One thought from me and Sam and Dean might shoot each other in the head, Cas might smite Jasper, there are so many things I could-" That's what sent Avis over the edge. That's what made her drive her sword through Reid's stomach without a second thought. No one threatened her friends, no one threatened her family.

"What a shame. She was a really good lackey" Lucifer's voice, still in Dr. Chase's body turned Avis' attention away from Reid's body. This was his fault, everything.

"Fuck you." She spits out and Lucifer smirked

"I'm flattered but, I think it might be kinda awkward after I kill you." Avis ripped her sword from Reid's stomach and turned to try and stab him but was met with a pain she hadn't felt in a long time. Fire.

Fire, heat, something that normally would hurt any normal person. But when it came into contact with Avis it was like an infection, a poison she couldn't heal. Even the smallest burn could make her wish she was dead. But Lucifer wasn't here to play. A large ball of fire was in his hand as he set it against Avis's stomach.

Avis used the little strength she had to teleport herself back to the others, hoping that would be enough to get her out of their current situation.
