"You wouldn't dare." I replied.

"Wanna bet?" He asked stating right back into my eyes.

"Can I talk to you for second in private please, Eliot?" He walks with me to my room and I close the door and lock it. "Please don't tell them. I can't let them know. No one can."

"Why? You're only hurting yourself more for not telling them."

"She made me promise I wouldn't tell anyone."

"And what if you did?" I didn't want to say but I knew I had to.

"Otherwise she would start physically bullying me." I answered looking down. All he did as an answer was hug me.

"She hasn't been bullying you lately though right? Because me and Tyler found out?" I couldn't tell him about the texts she sends me. Since she can't bully me in person she's resorted to cyber bullying. I just nodded to answer his question.

We walk back downstairs and my parents give us a weird look.

"What was that about?" Mom asked.

"Nothing." We both say at the same time. A bit too fast though.

"Uh huh." My dad says suspiciously.

"Just girl problems that I found out about at school." Eliot says. I slap him on the arm and he acts like that hurt.

"Oh. Ok then." My mom says continuing to eat her dinner.

After dinner I was in my room. Laying in bed when my parents and Eliot walk in. My parents said goodnight and Eliot stayed in the for a while. We were just sitting there talking. In the middle of our conversation I hear my phone ding so I check it. I got another text from Alexis. It was a picture of me sitting under the tree at practice today. She added a caption under it that read, "Aww! Poor little baby couldn't handle practice today☹️"

After I read that I started crying and Eliot looked at me weird.

"Hey, what wrong? Are you ok?"

"Yeah. Just a headache." I lied.

"That's not just a headache. What's the matter?"

"Nothing!" I snapped. He looked at my phone and grabbed it from me. My mistake that I didn't turn it off so it would lock. Dang it! I thought. He read the texts then scrolled through my messages from Alexis. I think he was comprehending what she has said to me because he was just sitting there staring at it. I started to cry harder. I got up and ran into the front heard then went around to the backyard so people won't come looking for me back there. I climbed up one of the more hidden trees and hid in my secret tree house that no one know about.

About five minutes later I hear yelling in the front yard. I cover my mouth so I don't make any noise and look out the window to see my parents coming into the backyard to look for me. I hide behind my been bag in case they find the tree house so I'll still be hide.  Fortunately they didn't find me. I was starting to get tired and cold but I didn't want to go inside just yet. Luckily I keep blankets out here. I also have my iPad out here too. I grabbed a blanket, my iPad, and some earbuds and watch Netflix until I fell asleep.

I woke up in the morning to the freezing cold. I realized I just stayed in my tree house all night. I climbed down and walked into the house to see my parents and brother stressing.

"What's wrong?" I asked. They all shot their heads towards me.

"You're ok!" Eliot yelled as he ran at me and hugged me. I didn't hug back I just gave a confused look.

"Yeah I'm ok. Why wouldn't I be?"

"Because you ran away. You ran out the front door and were gone all night."

"Oh. Yeah. I was in the backyard. I fell asleep in a tree. Otherwise I would have come in last night."

"YOU SLEPT IN A TREE?!?!" My dad yelled. I looked down and just simply nodded my head.

"I'm sorry." I said.

"It's alright. I'm just glad your ok."

"Come one sweetie. You have to get ready for your game today against JV." My mom informed me. Ugh. I hate Saturday games. Saturday is for sleeping in.

"Ok." I walked upstairs and got ready in my jersey. I was number one. I slipped on my slides and walked downstairs once I was ready to leave. I had my hair in two French braids and was really to leave.

Let's hope Alexis isn't her new self at the game today. Fingers crossed.
