Today was a really hot day, in the 90's-hotter than it has been in a while.
I had noticed after I finished my work early on and after heading inside the house to see if Maureen needed anything else from me before I left, I had noticed that Annie wasn't here, helping her cook like she always does.
"Oh Todd, thank goodness. Can you please go get Annie to come home for supper? She's down in the woods out back about a mile in, straight through. She most likely is swimming or sitting by her favorite tree in the hiding place she thinks I don't know about." She smiles at me.
"Okay." I chuckled in reply.
"Thanks honey." She says then finishes stirring some things.
I begin heading in through the woods from the back of her house and walk about a mile inside before I hear a little bit of splashing coming from up ahead. So I begin walking closer until I see her floating on her back with a smile on her face.
She looks so beautiful and peaceful just floating there.
I start leaning on the tree beside me with my arms crossed over my chest before I notice her stand up in the water and fix her tank top and panties before beginning to walk out. Wait, is that ALL she's wearing?!
Before she even starts to get out though, she catches me looking at her and quickly begins covering herself up.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." I tell her quickly.
"What are you doing here? How long have you been standing there?!" She asks.
"Just for a brief moment." I smile a little, but in a non creepy way. However, I am now starting to feel a little bit embarrassed and hoped she didn't think I was weird looking at her-though I wouldn't blame her.
"Well, can you please turn around while I get out and get dressed?!" She snaps at me.
"Of course." I nod then turn around and even though my back is turned towards her right now, I can't help but picture the tank and panties she's wearing are clinged to her wet body.....
My thoughts are quickly interrupted by her voice a brief moment later.
"Okay, you can turn back around now." She states.
When I turn around, although somewhat disappointed I didn't get to see her, in a way.
"Again, I'm sorry I scared you. I was just coming by to tell you that your grandmother wants you to come home."
"Oh shit! I completely forgot." I remark and slap my forehead. "She isn't mad or worried or anything, is she?"
"No." I chuckled a little bit from how cute she looks right now.
We start walking back and the walk was a bit awkward and I know it was due mainly to me watching her.
"Look, I really am sorry and want you to know that I am not someone who just stands and stares at women." I apologize.
It was quiet for a moment longer until we stopped just several steps from the exit of the woods and into Maureen's backyard.
"Honestly? You startled me and it was a little weird, but it's okay. I don't feel you are that kind." She says.
"Good." I replied with a smile.
When we get inside the house, we all sit down and start to eat some dinner.
Throughout the dinner, we just talk about random things and I can't help but become more infatuated with Annie and am falling for her smile and laugh.
My god, this is scary. This feeling she is making me feel.
After dinner was done, I helped Annie wash the dishes while Maureen went off to bed.
"I keep telling Maureen to get a dishwasher but she keeps telling me 'no' because she doesn't trust new technology." I chuckled a little bit as did Annie.
"That sounds like the stubborn person she is." Annie says.
We finished up the dishes and before we shared an awkward moment of silence possibly, I decided to excuse myself and say 'goodnight.'
Before I left though, I thought I would take a shot in the dark.....
"I was thinking, why don't I take you out tomorrow night for dinner." I ask her.
She looks at me surprised and a little hesitant. I knew it, I should have not asked. It's not like me anyways to ask but, she's got me interested.
"Okay." She replies with a smile.
Next chapter will be posted soon! :)
Almost was going to wait until next chapter to let you know what she said, but decided at the last minute that I wouldn't leave you guys hangin' on this one. ;):)
