"Yeah mom, of course I will be fine." I rolled my eyes at my mother, because she couldn't stop worrying about me going on Jacques' tour.

She gave me some money, "Kelsey, I will never stop being worried about you. Now take those."

"Mom, I have my own money. And I don't get why you're so worried, Jacques will be with me the whole time." Mom relaxed when I mentioned Jacques' name, "I still can't believe you guys are a couple now. And I haven't even seen him yet, it's been five years."

"I've showed you pics, plus, you've talked with him on facetime." I pointed out while placing some of my outfits for the tour in my suitcase.

"Yeah, but it feels different when you see someone in person."

"Can't argue with you there. Don't worry though, you will meet him in person when he comes in New York for the tour. Probably on April, I think." I told her and mom nodded her head.

"I'm so happy for you, you know."

"Aw, thanks mom. I know." I gave her a small smile and bit my lip when Jacques came to my mind.

"This boy has you smiling like a child, I love him even more for that." Mom confessed while caressing my hair and I smiled hard at my mother's approval of Jack.

Well, her and Jack's mom have been planning our wedding ever since we were nine years old, but I thought she would hate him after what happened.

Actually, it was my fault we stopped talking. Yup, I was the one that pushed him away. Of course I regret it and all, but we wouldn't be here if that wouldn't have happened, right?

"I really hope you two last forever, Kelsey. You deserve to be happy and loved, and the fact that Jacques is the person that makes you feel this way, is even better and more exciting." She explained and I wrapped my arms around her neck, hugging her tight. "Thank you so much, mommy. I promise you I won't mess anything up between us again. I see how your face lights up every time you see mine and Jack's pictures." I promised with a huge smile on my lips and mom nodded.

"Don't promise me that you won't mess it up, just promise me that you will be by his side forever, through the happy and sad moments."

I laughed a little at that, "Mom that sounds like those promises that couples make when they're getting married or something." I said.

Mom rolled her eyes, "You know how happy me and Wanda are right now, your relationship gives us... happiness, I guess? Yeah, that. It's just so good to see our once young children growing up inseparable and now being a couple. You will understand that one day, when you will become a mom as well." She smiled and the thought of being a mother filled my mind.

Nope. Not anytime soon.

That's too chaotic for me.

"Mom, I can't even take care of my own self, how will I find the strength to raise a tiny human being that came out of me?" I pointed out and furrowed my eyebrows when I thought about me giving birth.
