Mina: Steven?
Steven: What's wrong?
Mina: Turn on channel 24
Steven: Okay, um. There
Steven: What am I looking for?
Mina: Just watch, I'm watching the same thing
Steven: Okay, well- Oh my god
Mina: I know, he-
Steven: He-
Mina: He's dead! *Cries*
Steven: Oh my- Oh my god
Mina: How- How could he be dead?
Steven: Okay, um. Mina, where are you right now?
Mina: At my place. Why?
Steven: Stay put, I'm comin
Mina: O-Okay
Over Phone call:
Mina And Steven
Steven: I'm nearly there, just stay put
Mina: Okay,
Mina: Hurry
Mina: Please
Steven: It's okay
Steven arrived at Mina's apartment building moments later. He rushed up to the elevator and ran down the hall to Mina's apartment, "1203, 1205, 1207, 1209!" Steven said to himself.
*Knock, Knock, Knock* "Mina?" Steven called "Mina? It's me, can you open up please?" Steven asked. Mina opened the door and Steven could see tears running down her face, "Oh, Mina. Come here" Steven said, hugging Mina. "Why did this happen? Why to him?" Mina asked, crying, "I-I don't know." Steven replied. Steven stayed with Mina that night cause he could tell she didn't want to be alone.
They didn't fall asleep till well after midnight, nearly 3am. "You should get some rest, you've been through a lot" Steven suggested "So have you! He was your friend too!" She said drastically "I know but- You know what. I'm not gonna fight you" Steven surrendered "I will go sleep on the couch, and you sleep in your bed. And I'll be gone by the morning" Steven explained "No, no. Look I'm sorry. I just- I don't know. I'm just upset" Mina confessed "I know, I am too. But we can't do this, we can't argue" Steven noted "Yeah I know" Mina replied "I will see you in the morning, if you need anything. I'll be on your couch" Steven said, closing Mina's bedroom door. Steven set himself up for the night and could hear Mina talking to her mom in the other room. She was more angry than she was sad, she didn't know what to do but to talk about it. So someone- Someone other than Steven for a change.
"Steven?" Mina whispered "Steven?" "Mm, What? What's wrong?" Steven said half asleep, "I can't sleep" Mina replied "What?" Steven asked "Can you just please come sleep with me, just for a little bit?" Mina asked "Yeah, yeah sure" Steven replied, getting up but still half asleep. He came and sat down with Mina and covered her up, "You warm enough?" Steven asked "Yeah, and Steven?" Mina asked "Yeah?" He replied "I'm sorry, for- For earlier. I shouldn't have yelled" Mina apologized "Don't, don't be sorry" Steven pointed out "But I yelled at you" "I know, but you were upset and scared. So was I, and we had a moment where we just had to let it out" Steven explained "So, don't be sorry" Steven reassured "Can you lay down with me, Please?" Mina asked "Yeah, yeah sure" Steven replied. Steven layed down with Mina, and Mina layed facing Steven. "Thank you" Mina said quietly "Your welcome"
