*A few days later*
August 25th
"Guess who?" Steven joked walking into Mina's room, "Hi baby" Mina said sitting up in her bed, "Hi, how do you feel today?" Steven asked sitting down beside her, "Better, I just wanna go home" She replied "Well, the doctor said that they have to run some more tests. You may be here til the end of the week by then" Steven explained "WHAT! No!" Mina complained. Mina looked up and saw Steven smirking. "YOU LITTLE!" Mina yelled, and Steven laughed, "You Liar!" Mina kept yelling, "Well, I didn't say when you were leaving" Steven pleaded "Still..." Mina said turning away, "Hey" Steven said touching her arm, "Hmph" Mina grunted pulling away from him. Steven sat there for a second, and then he came up with an idea. "Well, I guess if your mad. I shouldn't be here" Steven said getting up, "Hmm?" Mina said turning a bit but enough so Steven wouldn't notice. Steven picked up his coat and his hat and started putting his coat on, "Oh man, he's serious" Mina thought to herself. Mina still sat there and Steven actually left.
At the same time he left a nurse stepped inside, "Hi, um.. can you get that boy that just left. Green jacket, black beanie" Mina asked "Of course" The nurse responded going to get Steven, "Excuse me?" The nurse said walking beside Steven, "Oh, hi. Is something wrong?" Steven worried, "No, no. Just the young girl.. Ms. Robinson I believe. That you were visiting wanted me to get you" The nurse explained "Oh, okay. Thank you" Steven said, walking back to the room, "As I thought" Steven joked to himself. Steven walked back to Mina's room and walked in and saw Mina sitting up and waiting, "You needed me?" Steven asked, walking to the end of the bed "Steven... Why did you leave?" Mina asked "It was obvious you didn't want me here. So I left" Steven argued, "Baby, come on." Mina persisted "What!?" Steven said. Mina pointed to the chair beside her indicating for him to sit, and Steven shook his head, but Mina persisted and Steven didn't give in. "Please" Mina begged "No." Steven stated. Mina was upset and Steven knew she wasn't gonna let up but in the back of Mina's mind, she didn't want him here. "Okay, well this is awkward. And I can tell you don't want me here. So I'm just gonna-" "NO!" Mina yelled one last time cutting Steven off, "What?" Steven asked "No" Mina said again.
Steven looked at Mina and Mina once again gestured to the chair and Steven finally gave in and sat down. He sat there for a second before taking off his jacket, "You know what" Steven said out of nowhere "Great here we go again" Mina thought to herself. Steven stood up and took him shoes off and crawled up next to Mina and held her. Mina chuckled and Steven just sat there, "Your socks don't match" Mina noted "Your in the hospital and you really think I care about the color or my socks right now?" Steven said kinda loud, "Yes, actually I do" Mina said with a chuckle, "Well I don't" He corrected "Whatever" Mina said looking up at Steven, "What?" Mina asked as she noticed Steven staring at her, "What?" She said again. "Why are you looking at me like-" Mina was cut off once again by Steven kissing her.
"Hi, I'm here to see Ms.Robinson" A man said to the receptionist, "Who are you visiting?" The nurse asked "Robinson, Mina Robinson" He corrected "And your name?" She asked "Gough, Sheldon Gough"
